I was side swiped by another vehicle who was 100% at-fault. Thankfully there wasn’t severe damage to the car. But because the car is only 2 years old, needless to say I was a bit apprehensive when it came to selecting the right auto body shop to handle the repairs.
Based on the reviews, we leaned toward going with Freeport Collision. Boy are we glad we did! From the moment we entered, they were so helpful. They walked us through the process, explaining to us when we should drop our vehicle off, letting us know where the vehicle would be housed at night to ensure its safety, notifying us of what rental car company that can be used and that we could drop off the rental with them when it’s time to bring it back, etc.
As for the work that was done, they did everything that was asked and mor. They even took a few scratches out in an area unrelated to the accident! They didn’t overcharge the insurance company compared to some other estimates we received during our search for a reputable autobody shop. They even washed the vehicle ensuring there were no fingerprints or dust present when picking up.
We highly recommend Freeport Collision. Ask for TJ. He was the gentleman who helped us. If something like this were to unfortunately happen a second time, we would choose to use them again.

Wow, they went above and beyond on my car repair. Looks just as good as from the factory. The workers and owner are extremely friendly and fair with their pricing. Hope the best for their business! Definitely will come back if needed in the future.

I brought my car to get repaired here and all I can say is wow! Freeport Collision did an amazing job! It came out absolutely perfect… not to mention the owner TJ was beyond nice and just an overall honest great human being! If you bring your car here you won’t be sorry! 100 percent recommend and wow am i impressed!!!!!

From Tom’s keen eye and words of wisdom, to Krystal turning back after work to assist me when I first showed up for an estimate, I knew I was at the right place. The facility was clean and well maintained. TJ communicated with me and was extremely helpful and professional in assisting me throughout the entire process. I appreciated the frequent updates on the progress of my car. My vehicle was delivered on time as promised. Importantly I was extremely pleased with the work that was completed. The delivery process was quick and easy. I found the pricing to be fair. If ever anyone is in the unfortunate situation of needing car repairs, Freeport Collision would be the go to for professionalism, fair pricing, quality work and customer service.

What a great experience! Had to get my car repaired after someone drove into my fairly young car. TJ was sp knowledgeable and nice! The work was done perfectly and quickly!! Not that I ever want to have to use them again, but if I did, no question I would! And the girl at the front desk so sweet and welcoming!
