We are a personal fitness and boxing studio. Our personal trainers help clients get in shape, lose weight and gain strength as well as mobility. We do not have a string of fitness machines or treadmills. Instead, our focus is on functional fitness, meaning that we use the body and simple tools such as kettle bells and club bells, combined with movements that are natural and use the whole body. As a result, your core is strengthened and your body toned.
