My go-to every time I need new tires. Always super friendly staff and they take the time to listen to your needs and discuss all options.
Update: 2 years later and I still love this place. I called in the middle of the day due to a flat tire and couldn't remember if I had warranty coverage. Stamond was super friendly and let me know that I was still covered and could bring the car in later that afternoon. They quickly patched up the tire and I was out within the hour. Thank you, Goodyear team!

Hello Customers, I share my story so you're aware of what can happen. I purchased 5 tires, 5 tire sensors, warranty on each tire and a 3 year plan for unlimited rotation, balancing and alignment at the end of April 2025 for a little over $2,000. The staff is friendly but I do have to question how well the work is. Within 30 DAYS!!! I have been to Freeport Goodyear 3 times (2 alignments & 1 balancing), Hempstead Goodyear 2 times (1 alignment & 1 balancing) and I had to take my car to the dealership and pay an extra $200 to get a proper alignment because my steering wheel was crooked and my car still vibrates over 60 mph. I would not recommend Goodyear for your tire needs because if it takes this many attempts to do what they do all day, 7 days a week what type of service are you providing to the public? I'm no longer going to trust Goodyear or recommend their brand to ANYONE!

Stamond was incredibly helpful on a very stressful day. Got a flat tire and Goodyear had my car ready to go in the same day.

I highly recommend going to this Good Year location!! Great service every time and they’re fast and efficient! A special shout out to Olsen! He is very respectful, knowledgeable, and has great customer service skills. Also, another special shoutout to Stammond, who not only is respectful and helpful to the customers, but also to his employees. He also is very honest, knowledgeable, and has great customer service skills. All around great place filled with great people! I know my car is in good hands when I bring it to this Good Year location! 10/10 Highly recommend!!!!

I came in yesterday for an appointment, Scott informed me that the system was down but did everything he could to get me and my car in and out. He was super helpful throughout the whole thing. Will be returning for all of my future car services.
