I hired Andrew from Gotham to help me design and build a backyard roof extension as well as other work around my house. His design team and construction crew are extremely friendly and did amazing work. Very highly recommended

They really weren't interested in doing my relatively small job. They gave me a ridiculous overpriced quote . Too bad I'll never know how great their work is. The extra star is for the rep I worked with- good kid.

My experience was amazing Greg was so helpful and he has so much knowledge of this business he took a very bad situation and made it the most postive experience for me and my family i can not thank him enough i lost everything due to a flood in my home and with the help of him and Kat this lady is the best with interior decoration i am so happy with the outcome of my home i dont ever want to leave it and when it comes to dealing with the insurance company please trust in Greg he will get it done also i dont want to forget the workers they where amazing also Greg you and your company are a great team and i would most deffently recommend every and any one who needs home repairs or just upgrades to use Gotham Builder you wont regrett it

Gotham Builders helped me get back into my home after hurricane Sandy. Rebuilt my basement and first floor. They also updated my bathroom and redid my roof. Any repairs that need to be made I call them. Their work is top notch.

We hired Gotham to transform and update our kitchen. They exceeded our expectations! Everyone was professional, helpful ,knowledgeable, and they cleaned up everyday. The job was actually completed right on time even though we added extras. Greg and his team did an excellent job.

Gotham Builders did an amazing job with my kitchen renovation. They were easy to work with and their genuine care and attention to detail was admirable. The Project Manager, Luis Batista, was exceptional and ensured that everything turned out the way that I wanted. He was intimately involved with every detail of the renovation project and was very easy to work with. The installers were just as great and my Home Depot kitchen designer, Brittney, was terrific. I would definitely use Gotham again and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to undertake any kind of renovation project.

Sales Strategy: 1 star out of 5Work Quality: 4 star out of 5Timeliness: 1 star out of 5Male Employees: 2 star out of 5Female Employees: 3.7 star out of 5Contractors: 3.5 star out of 5Review: I first went to Home Depot online to find a contractor via online. After several clicks, Gotham Builders came up as the only result on the website so I contacted them and they said they were charging 20k+ without even having a look of my bathroom. I said okay come here first and give me an estimate.Brian Iacopelli then came over and looked at the bathroom and gave me an estimate of 30k. Greg Perrotta(company owner) then called Brian on the phone to proceeded with high pressure sales tactics with yelling on the speaker try to up the price to 33k but we settled at 30k final. We shook hands (Brian and I) and signed contract within 24 hours under my request because Greg is trying to close the deal before Brian walks out of my door. The contract stated that the renovation will start around 9/20/2023-10/20/2023 and would take about 2 weeks to complete.I wrote a 10k check the next day and then another 20k to Gotham Builders in 7 days but the work didn't start until a month later on 10/23/2023.The work was officially finished last week on 11/28/2023.I'm not mad. I'm just disappointed with the quality of the experience overall of this renovation that it did more tolls than the 30k checks I sent to Gotham Builders via Home Depot. If time is money, then I wasted a lot of time(money).Kat O'Shea(project manager) has been absolutely great with communication and transparency. It was a pleasure working with her.Conclusion: I would not work with Gotham Builders again but there are some good manager and contractors, nothing personal, just facts. The words above are just my own opinion and experience, if you choose to work with Gotham Builders, you may have a totally different experience due to other factors, appearance, and circumstances. -End

Greg & his people are miracle workers,In July 2019, we had a housefire.Greg worked with our Public Adjuster, Jason Greenberg of Phoenix Public Adjusters, for 8 months to get us a through & complete insurance settlement.May 2020, we finally start the demo & cleanup...and COVID lockdowns close the NYC DOB.Greg, his people, and their subcontractors rebuilt our house DURING COVID in less than 6 months - despite supply chain issues, materials shortages, etc.They gave us a FABULOUS house to live in - and make recovering from the housefire a (mostly) pleasant experience.Our friends have covid-era remodeling horror stories - all we have for Greg & Kat is our never ending praise.3 years later, we love our house more than ever.

Gotham did a full-gut of my kitchen. My kitchen was completely out of date. My building is incredibly strict with regulations everyone has to follow, but Gotham they were professional and handled all of the requirements my building asked for them. I have asked my building for the work back in February and the work didn't get approved until September. Rob was helpful informing me on the entire renovations and available to handle any questions I had. Jasmine was very informative and orderly and always there when I needed to speak to her. Angel and his team did an fantastic job with everything. They arrived right on time, kept me up to date everyday of what work will be done day-by-day.Everyone did an fantastic job that I love being in my kitchen now. How many times do you hear that home improvement company arrives on time, performs all the repairs or improvements AND leaves your home spotless? That was our experience with Gotham Builders. Over the course of several weeks Gregory and his crew arrived promptly, replaced our air conditioning and heating units; performed bathroom repairs and renovations, installed custom closets, repaired electric outlets, and did interior painting. They were courteous and at the end of the day left the work area swept and clean. We hightly recommend Gotham.Services: Paint indoors

Gotham Builders repaired damage to the front of my home that was sustained by a car. They arrived early every day for 6 consecutive days and worked a full day in the summer heat. They were methodical in removing the damaged cinder block from the house and ensured the roof remained stable and intact. The lead contractor (Angel) installed 4 custom windows and one standard window flawlessly. His attention to detail in framing the wall and the windows is nothing short of incredible. But it’s worth noting that the replacing of the cinder blocks to the house and the creation of lines to ensure its original look is nothing short of spectacular!! Franco and his team did incredible work!!Gotham Builders is the way to go without a doubt. There work is professional; they are professional, and they leave your home clean every day during the construction. I needed old cabinets in my kitchen removed and new cabinets installed along with backsplash and sink installationCharles from Gotham did an excellent job. He was very meticulous and professional. The demolition of the old cabinets took very little time and installation of the new cabinets, backsplash and sink were beautifully done. His woodworking skills were really superb in creating an extra storage space in an area where a regular size cabinet would not fit. He always left the job site clean after performing his work.
