We thankfully found Green Art Plumbing as we had been looking for a vanity for quite some time. I can’t began to say how happy we were from beginning to end. John was exceptional and patiently spent a lot if time with us addressing our questions and concerns. The vanity was just delivered and the quality beyond exceeded our expectations. Thank you John!

Prices are great. Their customer service skills are slacking. I have been trying to contact someone for weeks about missing parts. They just say I should receive it in a few days and yet to happen months later. Will not be using them again for sure.

Our exceptional experiences started with meeting Terri and she was phenomenal with understanding what we wanted and needed for our kitchen & bathroom remodel. She was timely when we had a zillion additional question and really listened to what we were going after related to look and feel. Marissa and John (from the receiving area) were equally exceptional. There was a bit of confusion when it came to a few bathroom fixture returns and changes. Given they had a new computer system two days earlier AND a system shut down at some point that day. They both kept a level head and Marissa sorted out all of the paper work. And John was then able to quickly pull the items for pick up. A series of unfortunate events could have led to a disastrous experience, but they both kept it light and it actually turned out to be a laughable morning. I highly recommend this company.

I used greenart to source all of my plumbing fixtures for. Major project. Terri was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive. Greenart provided excellent customer service throughout.

Do not go there, very rude and unprofessional. Takes half hour to locate the items. Then cashier takes another half hour trying to figure out the balance due. He blame us and said something wrong with our account and would not release the items. We had to pay for white glove delivery charge even though we are picking the items up at the store. He said he cannot take the $250 off for the delivery. We have to talks to the sales person. Never have such a horrible experience. My previous comments were blocked out. So I am posting again.

Same comment as previous customer. We ordered the items in December. Told us 4-6 weeks. Plumbing fixtures arrived last week! 3 months later! Call for updates with no response. Says he is soo busy with customers all day. Once they sell you the stuff there is no follow up. Tries to get my $500 shower door delivered from Freeport to Lido beach, they want $250 dollars. Half the cost of the item, ridiculous. You can get the same item from Home Depot next door for less and delivery is $75.Will see if we can get a refund.Do not go there unless you want to pay more for bad customer service!

Green Art was recommended by my tile company and there are no words to express how disappointed I was with Green Art service! My salesman John C. was helpful and courteous at the beginning, but once I paid for my materials he became unresponsive and curt! Three months after purchasing my materials my contractor tried to pick up them up and after contacting my unresponsive salesperson he was only given 4 out of the 15 pieces I had ordered. Calling and texting did not produce a response from John C. but I finally reached an extremely helpful person there, Natalie, who said all of my materials were in except for one item. When I went to Green Art to pick up my items I found the men working in the pick up office rude and abrasive. No one could find my order and no one attempted to help! I had to call Natalie to assist. After waiting an hour they finally located my items that weren't picked up and the rude gentlemen said it would be at least another half hour before they could get them ready. I was told to go to another location for my toilet and come back for my other materials. The other location had no address on the door and was extremely difficult to find! I then went back to Green Art and my order was ready. They handed me an IPAD and asked me to sign but I knew that I wasn't leaving until I checked that the correct items were in the bags. They made two errors with the materials, one was missing and the other was the wrong item! Before leaving, two hours later, I was told that I was overcharged by $671 and Natalie came to the rescue again to credit my charge. I have never encountered a business as sloppy, rude and unprofessional as Green Art! Avoid doing business with Green Art, you will regret it if you do!

Greenart was highly recommended by a friend so we did not shop around. First mistake. Made an appointment with our designer, Donna. She was very knowledgable which we appreciated. We were on a timeline so we selected only items that were in stock. We ordered everything in early December and since it was in stock there should not have been any issue with the items being delivered before our start date of Feb. 7th. My husband contacted to let them know that we were ready for the delivery in late January. Very difficult to get in touch with and very difficult to get a call back. We are now in week 2 of our project and we do not have the items needed. We were given 2 dates for delivery. On one date some items came but on the second date no one came. Good thing I did not have to take a day off work to wait for delivery! No contact from them at all. My husband made several calls yesterday. No response. Called several times today and finally got a call back. Apparently they do not have all of the items even though they were in stock when we purchased and left a deposit. Mentioned something about doing inventory. Are we in the 1950's? Inventory is electronic and automatic . Ok so just cancel and get them somewhere else?Oh no... it says on paperwork that you cannot cancel. So it looks like we are stuck. But I will certainly not be recommending this business. Buyer beware!!!!

Prices are laughable for fixtures you could get at a quarter of the price elsewhere. Ordered a single thing from this rude outfit with poor communication and was told it would be 2 months for order to be filled. Representative was unreachable for days, try somewhere else.

This is a company where my boyfriend workedHe was told that this company was going to be sold to a new ownerThey went for dinner to meet the new owners, and were told that nobody was going to lose their jobShirley after that he was firedWhat kind of company fires people during the holiday!!!!That’s disgusting that you would do that to someoneAnd I will spread the word…. To fire people at a time like this you should be ashamed of yourself

I had an older Superstore that had a small leak, I figured the best thing would be for me to order the same model and it would be a quick and easy change out. I found Green Art had the one I needed at a fair price I ordered it on a Sunday had it delivered mid week installed in under 2 hours on Saturday. Thank you for the quick service.

John was a great salesman, he’d sell you the shirt off his back. I like the appointment because they spend time with you to pick out what you need. However, that was the ONLY good thing! John said all items were in stock, mind you i was redoing a bathroom and spent $2k! “In stock” failed to mention items were in their warehouse that would take weeks to come in. Ridiculous! My Reno was put on hold several times because the items weren’t in. Picking up items: the woman at the counter is so rude and she curses like a truck driver. I get that she works with men all day, but she even talks about other customers in front of people. I understand that due to covid, items may not have been there on time, but don’t tell me everything is in stock when you can’t get it for weeks. I canceled some items that weren’t in on time and purchased at Wayfair and got them in 5 days. I will NOT recommend this company for retail buyers and will never go back!!!
