I would put 0 stars but you have to put one down. I needed a carpet cut today and it took 3 pages and 30 minutes to get help. I went to the customer service desk and asked for a manager, it took 5 minutes for him to arrive. There was only one young gentleman who seemed as if he cared to help he had glasses and was working at the customer service area. Any way, after the manager appeared, Bernardo, he saw me with my phone and said what were you doing timing me? Didn’t apologize yet or anything else. I answered yes and told him I was waiting 30 minutes. No real apology just excuses about how the staff were helping others and I he saw people in that area. That last statement was u true as I was there for 30 minutes. Unless the people he saw were leprechauns Any way once the carpet was cut there was no further apology or action to make things right. Horrible service. I think there needs to be a better over view o. The staff because this was horrible.

Cal and Arnie were so incredibly helpful in the paint department. They knew exactly what I needed and went above and beyond to make sure I had the right color. I will gladly go back to them for future projects.
The garden center here is surprisingly well-maintained, especially since it's mid-season. The hydrangeas were so beautiful and half off!
It is nice to be able to shop here again. The management has cleaned up all of the clusters of day laborers that would stalk customers in and out of the store to the car. I used to avoid going here because it was so scary. Glad they took action.

Best Home Depot for my needs. Store and bathrooms are always clean, well stocked and well placed merchandise. They have a separate outdoor area, which makes it convenient. The staff is super experienced, friendly, and they speak various languages gushes.
I’ve used the parking lot day laborers and they are mostly highly skilled, efficient, and clean up their messes. I was able to complete a kitchen and bathroom with their help for way below what it would have cost for a contractor to do the work.
I can’t say enough about the Freeport Home Depot.
