I regularly go to this salon. I like it but it’s ehh in a lot of ways.
I go to the same person for my nails and I am often pleased with the look but they are too thick. He does not listen when I try to decaying what I’m looking for. I get compliments but I hate the super thick acrylic. They look bulky to me.
I also wish they really took care of your nails and cuticles. Same with pedicures. The quality is inconsistent. I tend to trim my cuticles and apply oils at home. I also have a foot file in my shower to touch up my feet.
My manicure/ fill-in was done yesterday and you can see the shabby cuticles, and this is good for me.

From the moment I walked into J Nails, I felt peace. The atmosphere was clean, calm, and filled with positive energy. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming — truly beautiful souls who made me feel cared for from start to finish.
I got a Lavender mani/pedi, but it felt like a full self-care retreat. The massage was perfect — relaxing, healing, and done with love. Everything was gentle yet detailed. My nails look amazing, but more importantly, I left feeling renewed and grounded.
💅🏽💆🏽♂️✨If you’re looking for a comfortable, high-vibe place where you’re treated like royalty, this is it.

Clean salon with sterilized and personal packs of tools. They were able to fit me in within the same hour when I called. $35 for powder gel nails and many color selections! Great manicure and service.

I recently started going to J Nails after going to another salon for 10+ years, but I have to say I have found my new local spot. I have seen a few people here and they all did a great job and were very professional but so far my favorite is Vivian. She did such a great job today on my acrylic gel nails and pedicure and was so sweet. Everyone here is very nice, and the place is very clean. I highly recommend this nail salon.

Prices are excellent ! The staff is very friendly. I alternate between Tina and Parker depending on my needs they’re both great. Parker is my go to for almond shaped nails, he does such a great job. I see Tina for sns and acrylic. I’ve become a regular customer & they treat me very good.

Honestly I come here all the time cuz they are cheaper than rests but some of these workers can’t do nails. I’m getting a fill in today and it’s going alright the lady ends up ripping some of my skin off and laughing like it’s okay. She asked if I wanted my nails filed a little down and I’m like yeah just a little she makes as short as my natural nails . It gets even better! I do acrylic so that my natural nails underneath can grow but what does she do? She uses the round filer and takes them away and I’m left with no words because I couldn’t stop her she already did the damage.
For the owner take this as a suggestion to make sure that all these people who are working know what they are doing!
(For reference the set I did prior with them which is the French tip!!! Specifically the owner and the red set with the other lady.)
Like some of the workers can do good sets but please j nails don’t do this to me

First time I went to this saloon as I had terrible experience with my old saloon I used to go in Baldwin Harbor .With that I did not even want to go to a nail saloon. After reading reviews I went there yesterday and did my nails. They did such a great job. Gentleman who did it (I don't know his name), he took his time and did the exactly the way I wanted. Staff is very friendly and nice. I highly recommend this place
