Craig is always prompt in his communication, courteous and accommodating. Waiting area is pleasant and clean. Prices are fair and I’ve never been “sold” more than I need. Car is always cleaned before it’s returned to me. My only suggestion would be coffee or water while you wait, and maybe a charging station.

At JLR Freeport, the service matches the performance every-time. Safe, Honest, Knowledgable, Reliable, Luxury; are just a few words I would use to describe the feeling that consumes me each time I arrive at this location. Everyone, from sales, to service and parts is professional, knowledgable and pleasant. With each visit, I leave knowing my vehicle’s maintenance has been completed above standards by knowledgeable technicians, using the best products and parts needed to maintain my safety and vehicle’s reliability performance. Do not take your vehicle to this dealership. They can’t diagnose Jaguars at all. I had to fix it myself particularly ECU issues.

During my recent visit to the Bayshore location, I encountered a significant delay in receiving my order, waiting over 35 minutes for my food, which never arrived. When I inquired about my order, the server/host couldn't provide a timeframe and suggested I wait to take it to go when it was ready due to their busyness. This lack of communication was frustrating.Similar disappointment followed at the Rockville Center location a few weeks ago when I ordered the turkey omelet during my lunch break. I waited over 30 minutes without any sign of my food, eventually having to leave empty-handed to avoid being late.While I appreciate both locations offering pastries as a gesture of goodwill, these repeated incidents are unacceptable and have left me questioning the quality of service at a business I used to enthusiastically recommend to friends and family. I hope the management can address these issues and restore the exceptional service and experience that I once associated with Flour Shoppe Cafe

Juan Roman is the absolute best salesperson…highly recommended. We have leased/bought 3 cars from Juan and he makes the process easy and accommodating. The entire Freeport team blows away the competition on Long Island and Juan is a stand out amongst the staff. Very happy with our newest purchase!

Went in yesterday to view, price and test drive a F-Pace Jaguar. Walked in, they were moderately busy but had more than enough staff as sales reps were walking the floor and some were just sitting at their desks not with customers. Spent 30 min in the dealership, walking around and never once was I approached and asked if I needed assistance or help. At one point, I was sitting right in front of a sales rep in a car while he was at his desk and he didn't even move but as soon as 2 gentleman walked in to look at a car he jumped up. Additional the dealership is extremely overpriced- charging a $10k market adjustment on jaguars which is a fee for high demand, low inventory. For anyone that knows Jaguars, they are always a low inventory vehicle (even prior to the pandemic) and inflation and the economy hasn't had an impact on their production per se and the market adjustment fee should really not be applied to them. Every car in their stock was $25-30k higher than MSRP. Ended up going to another Jaguar/Land Rover dealer and had a great experience

Sister bought a pre-owned Range Rover there. Had it about 2 years. Paid a lot for it. Had it serviced THERE. Took it in with a strange noise and was told she needed a new motor. The thing was in 1/2 dozen times prior with zero issues and hundreds of dollars worth of routine maintenance. She took it to a Range Rover specialist who said whoever was in charge of changing the oil NEVER changed it. She had a pint of sludge where there was supposed to be 9 quarts of oil. After going back to dealership to confront them, they took ZERO responsibility. The tech who "supposedly" did the service was no longer working there . Surprise surprise. She had all her service records, minimal mileage, and no recourse. She now had a non running 4000 pound paper weight in her driveway with 12 more months of car payments. She is looking into legal action, even if it's not cost effective.Do not buy or service your vehicle at this place.They are awful people. They do not perform the services that they over charge for. They do not care about the people they serve. She is out thousands.

Excellent experience. Alex Q. was very professional, courteous, and attentive to detail. He went to great lengths to satisfy us. Also no issues with pricing- everything was clean and above board. That is rare! Highly recommend!

The staff, especially Craig at Jaguar Freeport are professional, courteous and kept me informed of the service status on my Jaguar E-Pace. The facilities are clean and well maintained. I was provided free transportation so I did not have to wait at the dealership.
