And the music? They play K-LOVE, which I absolutely love. It brings peace into the space, lifts the mood, and reminds me I’m being watched over—even while doing laundry. That alone makes the place feel safe, warm, and even spiritual. It’s more than a laundromat—it’s a vibe.

Now, keeping it honest: I’ve had two uncomfortable run-ins over the last few years with rude, disrespectful people—one even tried to mess with my clothes recently. Management wasn’t present those times, but I handled it calmly and didn’t let it ruin my experience. I chalk those moments up to bad luck more than anything.

Still, I do wish people like that were banned or at least reminded to respect others. And I really wish some customers would stop giving management such a hard time. Claudia and Cristine work tirelessly to accommodate everyone, and it breaks my heart to see people being unkind or ungrateful. These ladies go above and beyond every single day—they deserve respect, not attitude.
