The staff was incredibly transparent throughout the entire process, patiently answering all my questions and making sure I fully understood everything. They were also very helpful and supportive, which made the experience smooth and stress-free.

The manager( Eddie) was very polite , he went above his responsibility when the parts I ordered was not the right one, he order the right ones without a fuss, to bad he isn’t the permanent manager, or the general manager, very professional person.

Great customer service transparent. Resolved issues that came up that wasn’t there fault and kept great line of communication with me through our whole process. The service I received was excellent. Winter was very attentive and informed me about everything being done on my vehicle. He also provided me with recommendations for future maintenance. I will definitely return in the future. The entire staff at this location was great.
