“I've been with this agency since August, 2019. They are not perfect, but compared to most home healthcare agencies, they get the 5 stars. They are always courteous and my supplies usually arrive on the date promised. If the order is not exactly right, it is corrected promptly. Susan calls to check in every month and she does a good job in every way. I've had some special concerns from time to time and the response has been good. Most home health care equipment companies are pretty bad in my experience so I am very happy to have this one that gives some real attention and care to the patient's needs.”

“Top quality service at its core! Mr. Chuck or Mr.Chuck (sorry) was more than accommodating to me and my aunt. Not only did he help me at closing time he spent extra time to discuss with me how the item I picked up worked. My aunt called this pharmacy and each time she called the staff was responsive patient and kind. I don’t know what these terrible reviews are about but I had such a great experience with this staff.
