The entire team was amazing, Jane, Chris, Jimmy and all of the guys who came to my home were professional, friendly, and took great care of me during our bathroom builds. If you need a shower door use New York Shower Door, you will not be disappointed. They treated me like family, were respectful of my home and our bathroom showers are spectacular. All I can say is thank you New York Shower Door from the bottom of my heart for your spectacular service.

There is truly one grouchy lady that attempts to take care of you. She was argumentative with my wife over the phone. I wanted to replace a small rubber strip for the bottom of the our shower door at one time and the same grouchy lady asked me if I had purchased the shower door with them and I told her yes, which we had installed by them. She could not find my records, imagine that. I finally got the item I needed after talking with someone else. Then we had an issue with our shower pan so we needed to just have the glass removed. Again my wife spoke with the same grouchy woman and again she asked if we purchased the door and glass from them and she told them yes. The Grouchy woman again could not find the records and then had the audacity to give my wife an outrageous quote just to have the door and glass removed for $1000. Needless to say we did not use their service due to the ridiculous price quote. Contacted another shower door contractor and he did the removal for $200. This place is an utter ripoff. I would not recommend New York shower door to anyone not only for the ridiculous price also for the rudeness of the grouchy unprofessional attitude of the woman who runs this place.

This morning my very, old, sliding glass shower door broke. And because I am repairing this door for a friend I needed to keep the cost to a minimum. They do not make the part I needed any longer. It’s a thirty year old door.Taking my chances I walked into NEW YORK SHOWER DOOR, located on Sunrise Hgwy in Freeport , expecting to be sold an entire new door, I explained my situation, and I couldn’t believe the top of the line customer care I received from the couple who own the store.They went above and beyond any customer’s expectations of the word’s “customer care.” Incidentally, the showroom is magnificent! Well, they searched and located the exact parts I needed to complete this repair successfully, along with a verbal instructions in how to properly install the door back in the framing, without damaging it.Whenever, you are shopping for a shower door. Or may need a product related to shower doors go to where you will be treated like a king. No matter your budget.Besides, being the nicest people in the world, they are truly professionals in this industry. And are pleasurable to deal with. Keep business on Long Island. 5 Stars for going above and beyond in customer service. I bought my gorgouse showers door from them 14 years ago. After years of constance use, the gaskets started to wear. New York Shower Door no longer sells that style of doors...but they searched high and low for the parts I needed.They spent so much time trying to assist me and boy did they come through. Forever grateful for their assistance.Kristie

The owners and staff were so helpful and very knowledgeable when planing out my shower doors. The measurements were spot on and the installation went smoothly. My experience with NY Shower Door was a pleasure, I highly recommend them and would give them six stars if I could.

If you are looking for a quality shower door, NYSD is the place to go. My husband and I went shopping for one. We didn't know what type of door we wanted. Chris was very patient with us. He Showed us different styles and made recommendations. We couldn't make up our minds and told him we would come back. We did not feel pressured to buy at the time. My Daughter and I returned a week later and spoke with Jane. She immediately remembered me and allowed us to walk the showroom again and make up our minds. We chose the Double Barn Slider 6066.The doors were delivered timely and installation was a breeze.I highly recommend NYSD for the service and the quality of the door.

If I could give New York Shower Door more than 5 stars ?, they would get the extra stars for their decades of experience, knowledge and professionalism. Jane is so helpful. I also appreciated the honesty from the gentleman who measured the space for the Shower Door. My advice is to avoid the discount home improvement stores and hire the REAL professionals. In the long run, you will save money ?, time, and you will have a piece of mind ?

Just had my new shower door installed today. I had a great experience from beginning to install. My order was promptly taken and they scheduled the evaluation work to be performed immediately. Following the evaluation I was promptly provided with the diagram of the shower door for my approval. True to their word the doors were ordered and received within the time period quoted. The installers arrived promptly and neatly installed the door. They were professional cleaned up prior to leaving. They did a fabulous job. Very happy with the work and the interaction with New York Shower Door. Highly recommend!!!!

NY Shower has installed shower glass and doors twice for me. First in 2018 and today. Same design and same magnificent work. The first installation looks as new as the one done today so I know today's work will last a long time as well.The clean up and finish was amazing too, nothing left messy. clean and professional!
