Horrible, why bother entering a staples location when they now limit price matching to 1 item. Many times I was price matching with their own online price . I’ll save the effort and order all my business needs from amazon in the future

I had a wonderful experience today. I had paperwork to fax and it was just taking a lot.. I don't have her name, but she is tall pretty and has beautiful nails. She works in a photo area. She gets a ten stars 🌟

Where is everybody??? I saw a few associates but they avoided me like the plague.
I came ready to buy a few high value items (office chair, monitor, speakers, router) but everything is locked and I would have liked to ask a couple questions as well. Clearly, when you're standing in an aisle that is completely locked like the monitors/computers, you're going to need some help but it was impossible to track anyone down.
Ended up spending like $11 on some screen wipes and left. At this point, I'd rather just do my own research and buy from Amazon.

Honestly, will only come to this location for Debbie!! She went above and beyond to assist me with prints I needed for my company event. She made my process seamless and fast. I was able to get everything I needed and done in a timely manner. Thanks Debbie! You’re the best!!

Primarily use for Amazon returns as most items in staples are way over priced even with a coupon. The store is always disheveled and today it’s particularly dirty/messy. I’ve been waiting at the Amazon counter for close to 10 minutes. No one to ask assistance. The printer people see I’ve been here and they don’t care. Just always a power then expected experience. This guy is so dedicated to his one task that he doesn’t say a word and apology or try to get assistance. And the music is being interrupted for the last five minutes that there is a customer service has a call holding. A guy asks me after 10 minutes from
Printing if I have Amazon. He’s generally the guy not one generally working. And he apologized.
