We had to replace our modem from Spectrum & were instructed to take it to any store that offers UPS service & they would package it up. However, although you advertise that you are a UPS pickup & dropoff center, you refused to take it & told us that you weren't. Also. the associate didn't even try to offer where we might be able to take it. Certainly not very good customer service.

Yes they may take some time but that’s because they care about each job they’re doing. In my opinion they need more the 2 people behind the counter considering how much time each job takes. Kurt & Ashley helped me with my project and it came out even better then I expected it to. Had a lot of input for me of future orders aswell. They were great. Also Tania helped me and was so good with my son, engaging with him as he was acting like the crazy 2yr old he is and calmed him down. So cool to deal with normal caring people instead of ones that just want to take your money and rush u out the door. I would think for a big box store u would not get that feeling but they definitely have a great group over at this Staples.

I couldn't possibly recommend another location more. Besides getting my online order wrong (after confirming over the phone) for my last 3*** orders- this store is just AWFUL. There is never a single employee to be found on the floor, no sense of urgency whatsoever to help anyone, and there is ALWAYS a line 8 people deep at the minimum at the print center and return center. I walked into this store at 1:30 on the dot and just walked out at 2:21 for a **PICK UP** order. I absolutely hate coming here and will not be using this location ever again. If you ever have nothing to do and are in the mood to waste time, this is your place.

They have one guy at the copy print center. When I asked the manager today about someone assisting him because there was a long line of people waiting, his response was “that’s all we have no one else does printing.”Unhelpful and unconcerned that your losing customers. Try better staples. You have 6 people standing around looking at the line calling the manager twice to help but no one is actually able to help, not even the manager???Hire more copy printing staff please!

Only thing amazing about this place is the manager, Debbie!! I went in aug 2, 2023 at 2:20pm and made the HUGE mistake of leaving my stepdad's passport on the copier. I ran back in the store , not even 2 minutes later and the two guys behind the copy desk said no one had turned it in, and the passport was no longer in the copier or anywhere in my bag....after searching for it frantically half an hour, we asked for the manager for we were about to report the loss. Debbie was THE ONLY EMPLOYEE who went out of her way to help me. You're not going to believe this, she ended up finding it 2 feet, I REPEAT, TWO FEET from the 2 employees I had previously asked TWICE before and mind you I had asked them within minutes of it being turned in.....so obviously they/he had some plan for it..... not sure what they/he were/was going to do with it, but so glad Debbie went in the back and watched in the security camera where the employee had placed it behind the counter and gave it to me.........she is one of a kind. Thank you Debbie!! The employee who hid the passport should be fired.

I had an excellent experience at Staples in Freeport, New York. The entire team was extremely friendly and welcoming. Ashley, in particular, was incredibly helpful in assisting me with getting my documents printed at the print center. She went above and beyond to ensure that everything was done correctly and in a timely manner. Overall, I highly recommend Staples in Freeport for their exceptional customer service and knowledgeable team.

Took Ashley over an hour to do what took another staples 15 minutes. The printing services people are not good at their jobs. Also somehow it was $20 more expensive here. Don’t waste your time or money.

Worst service ever !! I have never been treated this poorly in this store before. I am a frequent customer of the print and copies area and have never encountered this type of customer service. I came in to the store around 7:30pm after a long day at work. I asked one of the employees for a print and he had the worst attitude. He answered my questions very rudely and even made gesture to make sure i knew he did not want to help me.
