I came here for an engagement ring after trying numerous other jewelers in the area. Bob at Vincente made me feel like family. Every detail of my ring was personalized to my liking. The whole experience was relaxed, I never felt rushed and all my options were explained thoroughly to me. It came out better than I could ever imagine. This is the best jeweler on Long Island no questions asked.

Bob was recommended to me by a close friend who purchased an engagement ring a few years ago. From the moment I walked in, Bob welcomed me and made me feel comfortable as this was my first time inquiring about a ring. He educated me on the qualities I should look for, and based on my interests, showed me several stones to choose from. He then took down specifics I wanted for the band, and was able to create the perfect ring for me. I also purchased customized earrings and an additional ring from him, which he overnight shipped to me later on. Bob was a pleasure to work with from start to finish, and would recommend him for all your jewelry needs without reservation.

It is a given that all of the pieces here are of the highest quality (I was specifically looking at diamonds), but what really stood out was the attention to the customer experience! Bob (the owner) was very thorough going over each stone and really took the time to understand what I wanted. Would 100% recommend!

Worked with Bobby to put together the most amazing engagement ring for my daughter using her great Grammy's diamond and accent stones from her Mammy's ring. He took our vision and made it even more spectacular than possible. She used to look at my ring and say she wanted mine and now I find myself saying I want hers. I would definitely recommend Vincente Jewelers.

Bobby is an absolute gem! Such a professional, friendly and funny person. My fiance knows Bobby for a long time and Bobby always pulls through for him and he picked the perfect place. Bobby and his team are artists when it comes to creating the perfect ring! Had to get my ring resized a bit and he was so very helpful. My fiancé made the right choice going to Bob! Not only is the ring incredibly beautiful and exactly what I wanted, the quality was beyond what I ever expected. Bob and team were helpful, kind and attentive. I had to get my ring resized, and he did it on the spot! Can’t recommend this place more. Bob is the best!

If I could give this place 10/10, I would. What truly makes this place amazing is the immaculate customer service. The owner, Bobby, worked with me every step of the way to design the perfect ring for my fiancé. I was very anxious on the process, but Bob ensured me that everything will work out. Truly a master of the craft!

If I could put 0 stars I would. The owner Bob is a phony, he acts nice to you and seems to be friendly and reasonable, but he’s very nosey and after a while when he gets personal acting like he’s close to you. Don’t let it fool you. He’s honestly a liar and a manipulator and he won’t hesitate if he knows you enough to think he can take this power trip of lectures and aggressions if your weak enough to be one to take it. He’s a very nasty man who acts nice just to get your money. Don’t waste your time or money . From someone who’s been aware of this place since 2003 and once trusted him way to much and shamefully gave him a lot of business before. AVOID THIS PLACE! And the owner Bob
