Always a pleasure to deal with. Starting the lease was a cinch; remembering to pay rent was facilitated by notifications. Unit was clean and access was always available 24/7. I would definitely use again.

My cousin passed away recently, and she used Bolt Storage for storing her precious items. She has been a customer for many years. I have been in contact with Myca about the process needed to clean out, set a move out date, and ending instructions when the unit is empty. Every time I spoke with Myca, she has been very professional and also compassionate bc of the death in our family. Many thanks to Bolt Storage for their kindness through the years. I live in Texas, so doing business across the miles to help my cousin could have been challenging, but I always get good care with Bolt Storage.

The move-in was easy. The move-out was also smooth thanks to the staff Myca who handles my move-out on the phone. The storage space is clean and well-maintained.

Everything went smoothly online, and I recieved a text message from Tina asking if I needed anything. When I arrived a couple days later, my code didn't work. I tried calling their "24 hour" customer service and nobody answered so I went home as I live in the area. I recieved a call about an hour later from Amber who was able to help me get a new code. Because of this I'm only giving 3 stars. I was able to find my unit easily and get inside. The only thing I could find to help me move my stuff was a tiny cart which I suppose is better than nothing.
I did notice that there was a computer in the little shed next to the gate that seemed to be offline as it was showing a boot failed screen.
