I just started renting a space, and they couldn’t have made it easier. The website is very easy to navigate. When I had questions the team was also very responsive over the phone. In terms of the actual unit, it was clean and temperature regulated. I really wish I had found them sooner so I could have used them all throughout college!

This is a great storage facility. Easy renting, easy to figure out gate and location of unit. The unit was nice and clean. I would recommend to anyone!

The managerial staff was great when I needed to rent a storage unit. Initially I was told none were available but Ellie found a space for me right away. The facility was clean and quiet. My only negative comment was the hand carts were broken and hard to use for transporting my stuff to the locker.

Storage Squad at Penn State is amazing. All 3 of our kids went to University Park from Los Angeles. Storage Squad's services were a lifesaver, and we were able to store everything easily, with pick up and delivery in temperature controlled space. Susan in customer support is second to none and straightened out a billing issue without a hitch. Highly recommend Storage Squad.
