All of the staff have some attitude issue specially the manager. They don’t have any type of genuine communication between their employees and customers. I really doesn’t like the store and employee of this store.
Worst manager i had ever seen in any telecommunications store. 👎

This store caused me a great inconvenience due to their lack of knowledge. I added 2 lines,purchased 2 phones which one was faulty. Upon returning the phone, an refund was issued for the taxes but the installment agreement wasn't reverse causing a week delay in getting a replacement a s all I was given was a 11. credit. I believe this was intentionally done.

Horrible experience in the store from latest visit, DO NOT DEAL with this store, they are bunch of crooks.
I went to the store to get upgrades on my devices, met an associate there name ZACHARY, he illegally added 2 new lines to my account and tide new devices to new lines, when I got my new bill it was 300$ per month more, then I called ATT and cancelled 2 new lines, but ATT rep did not explain that 2 new Iphones were tide to 2 new lines and now I have to pay for the phones in full. Be aware of scheme activity in this store. I am ATT customer for more then 25 years and been going to the same store for at least 15.

I came to this store simply to upgrade my phone, instead they switched my plan also added new line that l didn’t need saying that it would bring plan price down and l could use extra line for business clients. Two weeks later I got new bill that was $146 more a month. I came to store to resolve this with guy that did all that Zackary, he was so embarrassed and apologizing and said that store owner can only reverse all that. However store owner Lady was not helpful at all sending me to call ATT and do everything with representative not to loose their commissions. Very unprofessional and deceiving. I would not recommend anyone to go there.

I have been an AT&T mobile customer for over 20 years and have NEVER had the pleasure of working with someone like Tanya at the Fresh Meadows AT&T store. She is simply fantastic! I had the task of transitioning my mother to an Iphone (with greater capability (location sharing, etc.,)) from an archaic Android phone that she broke and Tanya was fantastic to work with.
Tanya reviewed my mother’s account and made several recommendations based on her usage/needs, explained all the phone options available to us (pro/cons), pricing considerations, etc., In addition, she facilitated the set-up of the new phone for us to make sure the transition was as painless as possible! She was extremely patient in answering my mother’s many questions related to her new phone and made herself available to touch base afterwards with any follow-up questions that emerged (of which there were several). Tanya took the step of reviewing our family plan to make sure we were getting the best bang for our buck which resulted in several (unexpected) benefits for our family.
If I was able to give a higher rating I would but I will leave this glowing review as Tanya was simply one of a kind!
Note – From my understanding Tanya is in process of transitioning to the AT&T store in Great Neck and I absolutely would drive the extra distance to work with someone who is customer service focused in the future.

BEWARE. they aren't really going to tell you much about anything which kind of feels like a scam. Bought a new phone, was unsure about it bc I couldn't even hold it bc they have them welded to the display bc of theft. They told me I could return within 14 days if I didn't like it so I ordered it anyway. Hated it brought it back to the store 2 days later and then they tried to charge me $55 restocking fee. I said no way you didn't tell me that, called ATT returned through the mail. Then I'm calling ATT and chasing them for the past 20 days after talking to 3 reps and 2 managers I finally get told refunds can take up to 30 business days. LMAO. So you get 14 days to return and get a fee but they get 30 days to return your money. WOW. all company's have their own policy but when it is not communicated verbally or paper it is called a SCAM.

I've never experienced such appalling service at AT&T! After enduring a painstaking 30 minutes for assistance.
On the evening of Friday, February 9th, 2024, approximately at 7:30 pm. Following a 30-minute wait for assistance, a staff member retrieved an individual from the rear of the establishment, who, in a seemingly indifferent manner, remarked, “He can wait,” in reference to my inquiry for assistance. Despite my longstanding loyalty as a customer of AT&T for seven years, I endured an additional 1 hour and 30 minute wait without receiving any aid or support. DON’T GO HERE, fresh meadows AT&T is the worst.

Came to upgrade my phone and after you upgrade store representative tell your monthly installment and ask you if you want protection or other things but nothing! They didn't explain anything to me and didn't give me all the important information I needed to know! Very unprofessional and disappointed. Oh! They only sounded professional when they were asking me to pay! You need to watch out!!!! they didn't ask me if I want protection on my upgrade they picked their own and put it in my account without my approval. This att store has been my favorite for 5 years but no more.

The service that I received from Othniel P was excellent. He went above and beyond to explain all of my options so that I was able to make the best choice for myself. He was polite, professional and knowledge. He made sure that all of my information was transferred to my new phone. Even though I had to stay for a long time for my phone. Information to transfer, the other representative was very kind and made me feel comfortable. If it's possible for Othniel P to get a special recognition for his service, I think it would be well deserved. I would definitely come back to that branch to get any services I need from AT&T based on the service I received.
