Horrible afterward service, they don’t want to do/help if it is not help their extra bous$$. Super unprofessional for not explain all the fees, so cancel the account to a different bank.

So I am at the Fresh Meadows location. The Asian lady who I think is a Manager comes over to me and tell me to call Customer Service. If that was the case I would not be waiting for assistance at a bank. Since she doesn't want to help no need for her to be working (seriously). Then there is a young gentleman who asked everyone around me and wouldn't say a word to me nor make eye contact. He saw me waiting but skips over me and helps everyone else(a bit racist). Long story short I had someone who actually asked me and helped me all the way through. His colleagues need to learn from him including his manager. I am really GLAD THAT THERE IS SOMEONE LIKE Gabrielle in the branch. THANK YOU. A serious shout out to Gabrielle. I really appreciate you.

DO NOT GO TO this branch if you want to get decent customer service. There is one Asian dude at customer service desk who sitting second booth of from rear entrance seems like doesn't like his job at all. He is very rude and unprofessional. I prefer to get bank service at Citibank NOT at Chase. Very disappointing about chase customer service. Chase should give more and professional training to employees. If can't even handle own employees how about our investment issues or funds ????

The branch is super unhelpful and doesn't know what they are doing when you actually have problem accessing your account. They only focus on getting more money from you or opening new accounts.

This Chase at Fresh Meadows has horrible customer service, avoid at all costs. I got there at 4:15 pm to open an account and they refused to service me saying they close at 5pm and there isn't enough time. My wife works at a bank also and as long as they are still open, they will help you(reluctantly). But this Chase branch simply refuses and told us we have to come back another time. I don't think so, I will never go to this bank again. I would give them zero star if I could.

The customer service at this bank is HORRIBLE! My parents arrived 1 hour before they close and they told them they're not accepting anymore clients since there's only 2 bankers working and that they should've made an appointment. They don't mind waiting until the bankers are free but why should my parents beg to open an account? There's plenty of other banks out there. Please do yourself a favor and don't come to this Chase. They don't care about service, they just want to get off work early.

I went to change my first name on account after Naturalization. The person name Ming told me I needed to change my driver license to offical name first even I had goverment issued doc(Certificate of Naturalization) and court paper for name change. I had no problem with Capital One on that day and called Chase customer service later confirmed I would be able to change with those two documents. Should’ve asked for branch supervisor.

My business manager Mr. Abraham Hanna at Horace Harding Queens,NY branch is so far the best. He is always keeping me updated with the business banking related informations. He assisting all my business banking inquires in time manners and giving me the best advises for today and for the future prospectives. I trust Chase more than any other banks because of employees like Abraham, I feel save and being taking care of all the time. Be highly recommending my friends and family for banking with Chase. Definitely 10 of 10 scores no doubt!
