I went to get my papers notarized and the lady sit in the middle seat she put someone else in front of me and told me to go in the line she was not doing anything she is worse person and that bank is worse I have priority account with them she said they don’t care

I usually drive all the way to Long Island to take care of my banking needs even though this branch is closer to my neighborhood . I hate coming here, The service is always slow. Because of an emergency, I had to go to the Fresh Meadows branch. It was a simple banking request and my wait was at least 45 minutes. If it wasn't something that needed to be done immediately, I would've left and drove to the one In Manhasset ( which always has excellent service) outside of using the atm, would never recommend this branch.

Illiterate employees who can't read and write ! I had to sign some paperwork and the Citibank employee dealing with me, and older Asian woman made so many mistakes on the paperwork that I was there for 2 hours watching her play with the computer telling me she doesn't know how to copy and paste! She wrote my name incorrectly on all the documents, and there were a ton of grammatical errors which I had to point out to her as well. A 7 year old is required to have better grammar, not sure how a bank employee is allowed to write up legal documents like this. No idea why this lady is even employed at all ! There are plenty of people out there who know how to read and write and use a computer. If you don't know how you shouldn't be working at a bank with accounts and social security numbers. Very scary !!

I bank here at this location all the time. It has a front and a back parking lot, the back is best and less difficult to park. Overall the wait time could be long on Thursday and Friday during the lunchtime hours. They have 4 automated teller machines in which you could do most of the basic banking. Should you need cards issued or purchase a bank check, you certainly have to use the teller. Customer service is not the best, unlike the branches in Manhattan so dont expect too much even if you are a gold level client and require investment advice. However this branch is an improvement over the bayside branch in bell blvd.

The worst service ever!!!! Went there wait for one hour to spoke with the rep (Sonet) and he told me needs to meet with his manager to solve my issue. Then we scheduled for another visit when his manager is here. However, when I came back his manager was not there (what is the point for the appointment?). So Sonet told me to sign some documents and said would call me later. One week has passed no one ever called me. And I am trying to call the branch for an hour but no one answer the phone!!!! This is the worst banking experience I ever had. No regrets to close the account. CHASE is way better.

Poor customer service, I already have a saving and checking account with Citibank. Thinking of open a CD account there. When I walk in the the branch. A staff walk pass by me with no greeting. I sign in and Wait, no chair no one asking me if I need help. After those I cross out my name and just walk out the door. No going back to this fresh meadow branch anymore.

This branch is terrible. Save yourself time and stress and go to another branch. We came last week and were told to email all the documents for mortgage preappoval, no progress. Came back, waited 1 hour only to be given another persons card to call and make an appointment. Waste of time, inefficient. They need a major restructure. Went to bell blvd branch and was assisted immediately. Night and day.

I have been banking with them . As well i have a double cash back Citi Credit Card (which is great) And i always had a very pleasant experience with this branch. I have been a client of two other large well known banks in the past and I will say this branch was my favorite. As well from my experience they keep the lines short and have enough staff and I have never needed to wait lengthy time on line to speak with a bank specialist or a manager at the banks like I have had to at other places .

poor customer service..long waits..no one knows what they are doing! only reason I'm here is because their b******* phone system can't help but transfer me in circles. I literally spoke to the same person 3 times on the phone hunt. Citibank needs to reassess their branches and customer service. rather deal with Chase on any given day!

Omg the most horrible bank ever!! I went for my boss I don't use Citibank bc I have had bad experiences. 1st off parking lot is tiny! 2nd walk in and there's literally 10 people online waiting. 2 tellers!!! Only who does that. There were 4 bankers sitting down maybe 1 was with a client , and then one lady who was acting like a hall monitor. She would guide u two feet and chit chat! I asked her if she could help me and she straight out said no bc she's higher up! Well, in this new world everyone starts off at the bottom so you should help out your tellers because customers are the reason you have a job! I WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK OR EVEB THINK OF BANKING WITH CITIBANK. They need my money I don't need there's! The young teller was so nice and that's why I even gave 1 star bc yelp won't make you go any lower!

I've had very bad experiences with my Citibank business debit card.. they have stopped me from purchasing supplies for suspicion of fraud 5 days In row.. when I would visit this branch I was assured problem was solved... and what do you know.. I was stopped again from purchasing supplies the following day. It's very frustrating when your Time is valuable and your bank interferes with the operation of your business..it's a DEBIT card..why are you stopping me from spending my own money..I don't get it..and they are very understaffed for sure ..it takes forever to get help.

Just look at the rest of the reviews here. this goes to show you how little they care about people! I came here during my lunch break as i do every so often to cash a Citibank check. Up until today, it hasnt been an issue. Today i went up to the teller and she told me in broken english that they have never cashed citibank checks, and everyone needs to have an account there. I informed her that i came here last month and they cashed it for me no issue. She restated, they have never done this in all the years shes worked there. i walked out. All the other reviews mention bad customer service! now i see why. I called the Utopia location and they said they will do it for me no issue! Joshua said that all branches are supposed to cash any Citibank check... Great customer service.... seriously.... Go support a local community bank! Do not go to the big boys.
