Feels like any time you go through this process it's always a headache but the people I worked with at USAlliance (specifically want to give a shoutout to Iveliz), were great. Super responsive and informative and walked you through the process.I also liked being able to communicate with the processor over email and call them directly over the phone if need be. I'd like to reiterate the responsive part cause that's typically the worst part of any loan process, but this was a delight.”

“This church is definately a great minitry and the members are very friendly, what I enjoy most about the people in the atmosphere of the church is that it was extremely diverse which was very different from what I am used to in a church, it seems as if the church member are not mainly focus on exposing Christ and his teachings to the US but to people across the world, the travel all over the world donate money to the poor and send their church members that speak many lanuages to other countries so that they can teach the preaching of God. What a awesome thing to do and brave. The bishop is highly intelligent his name is Bishop Ronald Bailey and he is extremely open minded to other cultures the church have a food pantry and they are always inviting guess from oversees that continue to help the less fortune what a great chuch”

The staff is extra friendly and professional. Fees are minimum. As the clientele is not huge they get to know you and treat you without rush and as family. They have many resources such as financial workshops, small business workshops and loans, free tax preparation, mobile app where you can deposit checks, among other great features. I called in and after a bit of a wait on hold I spoke with a fellow named Andre Duncan who was very thorough and helpful in my complex situation. When I ran into some trouble filling out a form he emailed me I decided to try "Chat" instead of the phone. THAT'S THE WAY TO GO FOLKS - instant help, no waiting. Long story short, Katie R. was super friendly, super helpful, and she stayed with me on the phone until everything was completed even though she stayed late to ensure that it got done. I have a background in banking, including starting a community bank, so I can tell you that you should not trust your finances with a big bank. Go with a small bank, or better than that, a credit union (like TFCU). They are nonprofit banks and nonprofit means a lot when you are dealing with people who are giving you advice and care.”
