My boyfriend got me a gift from here for v day and it was awful.. they forgot part of the order.. the delivery guy left the stuff on the floor in the wet snow and the whole thing smelled completely like cigarettes there was even ashes on the box !! What a terrible experience.. I would not recommend at all !

The young lady at the counter is professional and attentive. She has nothing to do with the 1 star. The 1 star has to do with the prices at the store for the cupcakes and the strawberries for sale. They are asking for, wait for it- $6.99 for 1 cupcake or 1 vanilla dipped or chocolate dipped strawberry. I thought perhaps they were made with something special. But NO, nothing special. Ridiculous, it is too overpriced. I was prepared to buy at least 3 apiece but not for 6.99 for each one. The company is really being a thief for their product. And the small chocolate round cake is $40.00. Where does Edible Arrangements come off asking for that kind of money for 1 cupcake. Well, 1 did buy 2 strawberries just because the young lady is working for a salary and I wouldn't want this review to affect her in any way. I also want to give her the 5 Stars for having to stand there and telling customers the Ridiculous prices. That's brave. Please Edible Arrangements change your prices. Take a survey of the surrounding businesses and bakeries to know you are out of control charging outlandish prices for your products. Be considerate of potential customers and their money. We like to patronize our local businesses but only those that value our money. You will then have repeat business. BTW I have ordered from Edible Arrangements in the past but this was an eye opener for what is offered in a storefront. Wow, change this policy fast.

This place is unprofessional. Ordered $150 arrangement and came completely different then the picture. Was small and rotten. Avoid ordering from this place if you didn’t want to be disappointed.

I ordered chocolate/ white covered strawberries . They were not only late making them but they looked messy and sloppy. they were supposed to decorate them and they didn't .It was a waste of money! Skip this location!

Needed one of their amazing fruit dipped in chocolate platters same day for my Cousin recovering from surgery. Drove around and struck out at 2 other locations.Thankfully the location at 164th St in Fresh Meadows Queens came to the rescue in the clutch!I won’t waste gas and time shuffling around town anymore trying to find an open location or fresh fruits. They’ve got my business. The best part was the delicious, succulent fresh fruit basket brought a smile to my cousin’s face and a yummy treat for her tummy. Thanks Fresh Meadows location. You guys rock!

I ordered a dozen and a half of chocolate covered strawberries for Valentine's Day yesterday, and the stems had little bugs on them. I called to speak to the manager IMMEDIATELY. Haven't heard from the franchise since then. This particular store I will not patronize again. Thanks but no thanks

Horrible experience. I called to make an order and told her over the phone what I wanted on the note card. I spelled everything out to the woman over the phone MULTIPLE times and I even did the whole “A as in apple” thing for every single letter in our names. Not only were there typos in my last name but there were multiple other inexusable typos such as not putting the word “family” in the beginning, misspelling the word “wishing”, and they also had a typo with my phone number on the ticket. This was so embarrassing having to gift something with this many typos. So careless.

I’m so happy that I have an Edible Arrangements near me! I’ve ordered from the app but I also been to the store and they are so helpful. I have also received arrangements from this location and they’re always fresh and clean and excellent with their delivery service. Thank you Edible Arrangements!! ?

So let me start Valentine’s Day 2-14-2022My husband placed an order after 12pmNever got same day delivery waited till 9pm nothing came I called the store before they closed at 7pm they said it was out in transit I must say they have great customer service at this location when you call inDay 2 Tuesday 2-15-2022 I stayed home just to wait for my delivery because I called and asked will it be delivered today and the girl at the store said yes its out for delivery it should be there early so I figured maybe 11am nope I was wrong so I called back around 1pm the girl at the store said it should be there shortly she wasn’t sure when it would arrive I said ok no problem sure enough when I hung up the phoneSomeone knocked on my door and there he was the delivery guy so he handed my husband the tray of goodies mean while keep in mind he paid 95.00 for this but they waived the delivery fee of 14.99 because they never made it on Valentine’s Day so I opened the tray in the kitchen one of the cookies was a little wet also one strawberry didn’t look so fresh so here’s a pictureIf your thinking of ordering from edible arrangements who knows how they handle your goods but it might look like this ..good luck ?(I’m giving 2 stars because I did appreciate the honest customer service)

Stopped in for two fruit arrangements for our neighbors and the young lady did a great job with the arrangements. Based on the reviews from my neighborhoods, the fruits were sweet and fresh (that was the idea). The store itself was clean and inviting. We had some shakes while we waited. I probably would have liked tables/chairs on the inside while we waited, nevertheless with COVID, waiting outside was ok.
