My nail lady from another salon is on vacation. I have an important meeting tomorrow so I thought I would try this salon being so close to my home. I had 4 nails off and the rest needed a fill in.One of the nails has a bit of fungus which I will be treating. Due to working, that is the nail that usually pops off.She insisted on removing the other nails and I kept saying no very clearly and adamantly. Despite my asking her to respect me and my wishes she proceeded to file my nails down so thin that she got rid of my tips one by one. At nail #3, it dawned on me that she was going completely against my wishes as a customer. She kept offering me a price for a full set and I kept declining. When she filed down the 3rd nail despite my saying no I told her I’m not going to pay for any extra nails. I am utterly shocked that someone in a nail salon was THAT pushy. I told her I’m a grown woman and I can make up my own mind. I left and am never going back. How dare she be so disrespectful.

I have tried to give this place a chance several times bc it's across the street from where I live ,but I'm done. Lousy customer service and mediocre outcome with my nails. Don't waste your time and money

I used to come here a lot when I lived around there.- parking available (back, but very tight)- handicap parking- prices have increased- staff are not the best communicators. One of the men (owner/manager) has impatience and attitude. He needs to learn how to communicate. Initially, I was with him, and I asked for a certain color & he got frustrated and said to the lady to take over.The other workers seemed very nice and patient.Overall, I was satisfied with my SNS & regular pedicure. Had to guide the lady for both, though.My grandma was satisfied with her gel manicure and regular pedicure with callas removal (extra $8)

They do an exceptional job when it comes to nails ?? but the wife/owner is very unpleasant, rude an unprofessional!! I’ve been there a few times an watched her speak to husband an customers with attitude not a professional way to run a business.

NOT EVEN WORTH ONE STAREThis place became the worst experience i ever had in nail salon....And iv been around this area for the pass 10 years...In this jewl nail location I experience several issues of been treated in an un kind way but I came back since my daughter use to go their ...she also gave up on this location recently for the same reasons...we call in make and appointment.... we arrive they have me sit to start and from that point its waiting at least 30 minutes then they come back and start the work like today I was going for powder tips ....the guy glue the tips on my hands and left me for over an hour while moving from one to another costumer ...I asked a couple of time what's goings-on they don't even bother to answer and they just talk to each other in their language and laugh in between ...very rude and uncomfortableToday I had the worst experience their they didn't even care to correct I asked to remove my tips which in total of an hour an a half they just glued it on my nail and left me hanging....After I started complaining and reqsted to leave the meanest lady who run the place finally bother to come and cut them so I can get out of there ...No sorry no carring all fake nasty and dirty (they keep reusing the plastic bags from the pedicure which they supose to trow out from one to another )Save your money (not worth it)Its by far the worstI think the health department should visit them ASAPNo one should never go to a place the supose to make feel good Nd telex and come out so unhappy and upsetServices: Foot massages

No Stars. This is not a spa. They rush you to pick the color even though you are still being given a pedi. I had to ask for the book back like four times because they kept taking it away for no reason. I was given a DRY gel manicure. They used no water and I wasn’t even asked to get up and clean my hands off before they applied the polish. My nails were chipping three days later. My daughter also got a pedicure and they didn’t apply lotion at the end as we were leaving I noticed and I was required to apply lotion on her feet myself. We will never be coming here again ever. There is a much better state if the art salon down the block in Electchester Shopping Center.

Horrible. I was there yesterday and the workers are so rude, pressure you to choose a color when the original color you picked isn’t what they showed it would be, and only care for the tips. I wanted alavender and the first color was so different from what they showed, i changed it (to another color) and they don’t have pleasing color options. They came out lumpy, with air bubbles, and uneven. It was a very painful experience. Wouldn’t recommend. P.S bring extra tip money since they switch out the person doing your nails, expecting you to tip both people. One lady just put drops of oil on my nails and when i didn’t tip her (i tipped the other women who did the actual nails) , she talked bad about me.Services: Polish removal

Worst place ever. They think because they charge you a few bucks cheaper then other places they can have you sitting soaking off nails for over an hour till your fingers start to burn. and hid forbid should you complain they start talking about you in their language. Got Stu k there over three hours for a powder set. Terrible place and very dirty. They do t sterilize anything. You have been warned unless you have hours to kill on doing nails.

I took my sister and my mom to get their nails done. My sister has Alzheimer's. The gentleman who did her nails was so patient and kind. It bought tears to my eyes. Thank you! I highly recommend.Services: Gel manicures

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Every time I have gone here my nails never last long. But this time I was desperate and decided to give them another chance. I get acrylic nails with gel polish, Just two days into my vacation my nails were falling apart. And they aren’t cheap so I don’t know what they are doing wrong but it never fails. I definitely have learned my lesson. The only thing they are good for is their atm inside.

This place is not sanitary. Equipment/tools are not clean and no wipe downs of the counter surface. Not even a papertowel to line the table during a manicure? I don't even think my nail tech changed their gloves between customers.

I would not recommend this salon . They are very rude, disorganized and lack time management when dealing with patrons . What caused me to write this review after the third time visiting is I was yelled at by the male nail tech after trying to give a suggestion to another nail tech who didn’t understand English. After I was yelled at, I was very uncomfortable and there was tension in the salon . I ended up paying and leaving , not getting my nails done . Never again.Service: Pedicure

This is my 3rd Time coming here .I like getting my pedicure done by Judy she ready get in there and the feet massage are the best ! Also my nails last a long time good job ! Is also close to my house and the are open till late so it works with my schedule

Very disappointed with the service and quality of this salon. I initially went in wanting to get a set of acrylics. I was seated down and one of the workers started helping me. As he was cutting my nails, I felt a sharp pain in my thumb and looked over, and my skin was bleeding; he had cut my skin. He looked at me, and I looked at him, and he said "oh", no apology, no empathy whatsoever, looking at me as if it was my fault that my skin was in his way lol. He put some blue oil thing on my cut, i guess to stop the bleeding. But the thing is, he didn't even wipe my bloody thumb, literally just put the squeeze bottle tip right on the wound... I suppose that little bottle is stained with blood. Then he proceeded to file my nails, also FILING my bleeding thumb, staining the nail filer. I really do hope he doesn't reuse the blood stained filer on anyone else or any of the products that touched my wound. I'm not one to start a scene or anything, so I just ended up telling the guy I wanted gel manicure instead, since I don't want my cut to get infected if I were to get an acrylic set. Honestly if he had apologized during the incident instead of looking at me as soon as he cut me, and then staying silent the whole time, I wouldn't have minded because you know, people do make mistakes. I try to be as empathetic as I can be towards others, however this was straight up unprofessional. You make a mistake, apologize for it. Also on a side note, I speak the same dialect as them, and I be overhearing them talking mad crap about customers. I find that offensive and rude.
