“Doron is an outstanding wood crafter and someone who stands by his work and business. We had a beautiful set of kitchen cabinets ordered and installed over a year ago. It was perfect. A year later, two of the cabinet doors had an issue (possibly related to the sealer that was used). If you ever tried to get a business to come back a year later after you've made a big purchase, you know it can be frustrating. Not only did Doron come immediately, he went through a lot of time and expense to resolve the issue. He stands by his work and we're incredibly grateful for that. Businesses like New York Woodwork are few and far between. You won't go wrong having Doron build your kitchen or any other wood project for you.”

“Called before I arrived to make sure they were open. The lady answering the phone couldn't speak because it was busy, but she promised to call back. I went to the store anyway and bought my Gerber tub faceplate bracket and linkage assembly kit (97171KT). I asked the man helping at the counter about security screw bits. He quickly determined they were out of stock but advised me on other local options to buy them. On my way home, the woman from the store actually called back to ask how can she help? This was the absolute best customer service and product quality experience I had at a plumbing supply/hardware store!! I installed the tub drain kit and it's much better than the low quality Danco brand I purchased from a large hardware chain store. The faceplate is a much harder metal and the overall mechanics are better.”

“I worked closely with Simon and Jack from Advanced Kitchen and Bath Cabinetry (40-59 College Point BLVD), in the renovation of our kitchen on the upper west side of Manhattan. They are distributors of Fabuwood kitchen cabinets based in NJ. Simon and Jack were both terrific and highly recommend them for any kitchen project. We initially met with Simon at the showroom to go over the different cabinet styles, our limited space, and options. We listed our wants and needs and he was able to accommodate everything we wanted in the limited space. With the use of the computer, we were able to see a 3D rendering of the final kitchen design. His help did not stop there since we had several adjustments to make along the way once appliances and actual measurements were taken. Jack went to our home to take the final measurements, identify obstacles and verify the design made sense. Both he and Simon are extremely knowledgeable, essential to any kitchen renovation. The Fabuwood cabinets appear well made and there were enough options in the stock cabinets avoiding the need and expense of custom-made cabinets. They come standard with steel soft-close 6 way adjustable hinges, undermount soft-close drawer glides, dovetail drawer joints and plenty of options. Kitchen renovation can be a daunting process. Simon and Jack are very responsible and were always available to answer our questions. They have the experience needed to identify problems, offer suggestions and come up with a good kitchen design.”
“Great store!I had a very specific, hard to copy key. It was also a holiday so many places were closed. I called them and they confirmed they could copy my specific key, and for a great price. (They also had a nice selection of colors and designs too although I didn't explore too much.)Customer service was also polite, and I was in-and-out in about 5 minutes with my new key copies.If you need keys, come to this place!”
