I went there to use there return dept from Amazon. It was midday on a Wednesday. ( usually by then in stores the workers are exhausted and not the nicest) but the service and employees was quick and amazing. Since it was my first time there and in a Khohls,I needed directions and Everyone I encountered was very helpful and kind and may I add extremely pleasant. I was grateful that on my day off and handling business I walked into such a great atmosphere. I also looked around and their items were great especially in the housewares. Make sure you visit. You'll be pleasantly surprised 😉

Convenience, sales & choices.
Worth it to get a credit card for benefits. But must be ready to pay in full because interest is high.

Very Poor Customer Service
Today, I was trying on a jacket in the display area when an employee approached me with a disdainful look and told me I wasn’t allowed to try it on there; I had to use the fitting room. First of all, I don’t understand why trying on a jacket would require going into a fitting room. Secondly, I later reviewed the store policies and found no mention of such a rule at Kohl’s. I’m also curious—if customers are required to use fitting rooms, why are mirrors placed in the display area? The employee’s demeanor made me feel very uncomfortable, and I couldn’t understand her intention behind the judgmental attitude.

The check out has become a nightmare. The self check out has long lines and the person that’s assigned to assist customers had an attitude, now there’s a cash only line which makes things more frustrating. Customers were upset and a few walked out the store without getting their items. Beware the cash only line doesn’t accept debit cards 😩. I’m not happy with this new system. We are there to enjoy our shopping not go through the hassle of ringing up our items and bagging it!! What happen to customer service!?!
