“This is a long review, but it needs to be because the level of work and advocacy John Catuogno and Nadine Colon put into helping my family buy our home truly deserves recognition.
My fiancé and I started this process with very little money and absolutely no idea where to even begin when it came to buying a house. What felt overwhelming and almost impossible quickly became manageable because of the patience, guidance, and support we received from John and Nadine from day one.
They took the time to explain every step of the process in a way we could understand, answered every question we had (and we had many), and made sure we always knew what was happening. They never made us feel like just another client or transaction — they treated us like real people whose goal of owning a home actually mattered.
This was not an easy process. There were stressful moments, unexpected changes, and times when it felt like everything could fall apart. Toward the end of the process, there were last-minute changes with fees and numbers that could have easily made closing impossible for us. Instead of letting that happen, John and Nadine stepped in and truly advocated for us. They worked with the different parties involved, pushed for adjustments, and helped negotiate reductions so that we could still move forward.
That level of dedication and willingness to fight for their clients is something you don’t see often, and it made all the difference for our family.
Because of their experience, persistence, and genuine care, something that once felt completely out of reach became a reality for us. We officially closed on our home on March 12, 2026, and we could not have done it without them.
If you are thinking about buying a home and feel overwhelmed, unsure where to start, or worried about the process, I cannot recommend John Catuogno and Nadine Colon enough. They are knowledgeable, patient, incredibly supportive, and truly advocate for their clients every step of the way.
