“I had a wonderful experience with Avant Garde-Moving. From the first point of contact, the representative (Dali) was very helpful in answering any questions I had and accommodating requests I made for the move.
On the day of the move, the movers arrived exactly on time and were extremely professional and efficient. The movers were very quick in moving all of my boxes and furniture, but did not sacrifice care while doing so, ensuring that everything was properly wrapped and secured. At the new place, the movers took care to place all of the furniture in the correct location as I requested. All in all, the entire move took 2.5 hours, from the moment the movers arrived at my first apartment to when they unloaded the last of my things at my new place.
I was initially anxious about selecting a moving company in NYC, as I had heard many horror stories about shady movers. My experience with Avant-Garde moving set a new bar for me and I will be reaching out to them in the future for any moves I may have.”
“I had the pleasure of being helped by Jovan and Sandro. It was a little rough at the start of the move because it was several flight of stairs with no elevator. So the guys literally carried everything on their back. I ended up not brining my computer table (because the cabinet was locked and they advised me it might break the glass) and left all the wire racks and two appliance. But just being able to carry everything disassemble the bed and move to two locations it was seamless after we got through the walk-up hurdle. Delivering to point B and C only took a few minutes and I can’t thank them enough for helping us. Will be using them again for the 2nd part of our move if we get matched with them again. “Our firm is not located in NYC so we rely heavily on White Glove Transportation to report any damages on our received items to us. They always promptly send photos highlighting any areas of damage so we can relay those to our vendor to be fixed or replaced.
Also, they update their portal with information on when our items arrive. Again, being out of state, we rely on this information to be accurate and updated frequently to keep our project timelines running smoothly. Highly recommend!!”
