I went in to start a business account and was standing there for and no one greeted me. I then was eventually greeted by Mike he was knowledgeable and helped me get all the information I needed. What I didnt like was when an elderly person came in and they all stared at the old man and when he left the front staff were talking and saying horrible things about him. Very unprofessional. I will do business with flagstar but maybe not that location

I went today to set up an account the staff was very friendly and sat me down quickly with mike he had explained the different accounts to me and gave me other papers with other info I would need everyone was very professional and helpful

I withdrew $700 from the ATM, and what was dispensed was $681... Someone who refilled the ATM machine replaced a twenty dollar bill for a one dollar bill so that the count would be correct if it were investigated. I informed the powers that be and they were helpful to a point. At first it felt like I was trying to get “one over†because they said that their ATM's only allow a max of $500. After proving that I withdrew that the amount requested via my app, they started to listen what I had to say. I was told the proper procedure to file a claim because I don't have an acct. with this bank. But I was adamant that an employee IS STEALING FROM YOUR BRANCH. Because a $20 bill was replaced with a $1 bill, and a count was made to check if its over/under, it would be pointless. Now its a situation of my word against the banks word. This WHOLE scenario happened in one single motion... I came in, I withdrew, I counted, it was incorrect, and I immediately went to the branch manager. I NEVER LEFT THE BANK.
