Great food! Tasty and perfectly cooked. Love, love love their salmon and the Kale salad. If you’re a salmon and kale lover try that combo.

First of all, I'd like to say, no poultry supplier ( that I know of anyway) compares in quality of product to D'artagnan. Others don't even come close. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for - the best. My wife & I just picked up 2 D'artagnan ducks from Queens Natural Meats again. Beautiful, tasty, natural. We ordered them over the phone and they had them waiting for us the next day. Their service is friendly, the place is clean and pleasant with a variety of top quality products - many of which can't be found anywhere near here. We love having this business in our neighborhood.

Stopped in for lunch and the food was very satisfying. I got the brown rice with the BBQ chicken and the kale and cabbage salad. The chicken fell off the bone the meat was tender and juicy. The kale salad was very tasty and had a kick of spice.

This place is listed as a Butcher Shop... Yet they don't butcher any meat. It's all pre-packaged cuts you can get in any supermarket. PLEASE CHANGE YOUR NAME AND STOP MISREPRESENTING YOURSELF.I repeat...... THIS IS NOT A BUTCHER SHOP. JUST A DELI THAT SELLS PRE PACKAGED MEAT.

I stopped in to this quaint store while visiting New York and was so impressed with the healthy choices they had to offer!! I could’ve stocked up my whole house from the store. They have such a unique & quality selection of groceries I also bought one of the best kale salads and baked salmon that I’ve ever tasted, absolutely divine! The owners really care about the quality of their food and were so welcoming. If I lived in NY I wouldn’t cook. I would just buy from them knowing they use the freshest ingredients- clean and healthy eating at it’s best!!

Nice little health food store that's offers a little something for everyone. It is family owned and operated. They offer organic beer, cider, cheeses, prepared foods, baked goods, and of course their famous bread pudding. Their butcher shop offers pastured pork, chicken, bison, lamb & grass-fed beef as well as fresh seafood options daily. They also have Fran's Mindful Meals which is a hot bar food option that offers protein, carbs, and a vegetable. If you need an event catered they offer that as well. Amongst the protein selection they have House Citrus Chicken Breast, Grilled Turkey Burger, Garlic Parmesan Chicken Breast, Turkey Chili, Thai Chili Chicken Breast, Turkey Meatballs, Rosemary Chicken Leg, Baked Tilapia, Grilled Beef Burger, Baked Dill Salmon, Beef Chili, Baked Thai Chili Salmon, Grilled Steak, Baked Flounder, and Baked Cod. Carbs consists of Whole Wheat Penne in Marinara Sauce, Roasted Sweet Potatoes, Stir Fried Veggie Brown Rice, and Roasted White Potatoes. There veggie options are Steamed String Beans & Carrots, Swiss Chard, Broccoli, Asparagus, and Napa Cabbage. Keep in mind that the hot foods are subject to change daily based on what Fran feels like cooking in the morning. She doesn't use a menu instead she is inspired by what she sells in the store.
