Avoid this Rite Aid pharmacy at all costs!
We've been living in the area for 15 years and this location is by far the worst pharmacy experience we've had. After a bad experience here 5 years ago, I decided to give it another chance due to a new doctor and its proximity to home. Big mistake.
I had a simple prescription sent in by the doctor at 4:30 pm. I checked in three times asking if it was ready, and each time they said 10-15 more minutes. We ended up waiting an entire hour, from 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm. During that time, another customer who came in 15 minutes after us had issues with their prescription being sent to the wrong pharmacy, but their prescription was filled before ours.
We've used other pharmacies in the Flushing area in the past, and have never had such a terrible experience. Not only was the service slow and inefficient, but the prices here are outrageously high, and the shelves are barely stocked with anything.
The only positive thing about this Rite Aid is the parking lot—otherwise, I would recommend avoiding this place entirely. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere!

Register #1 cashier #36265102 12/14/24.I just left store pharmacy representative was open literally a "GHOST TOWN". She asked there is no register at the front? I asked is yours broken? -0 for atrocious customer service this is a place of business to give a service. I like this spot no issues, been coming here for years, but unfortunately tonight was a bad experience hopefully you guys receive more products and better customer service. I want to confirm my grade was and is -0.

This place is pathetic. Pharmacy opens and closes different times a day. Service is terrible. Shelves always empty. They need to just close this place or get new management.

Worst Rite Aid i have ever been to. The manager (who name is Doodnoth) is very rude and does not know how to treat or talk to customers. I wish i could put 0 stars. Never ever coming here to buy anything. I had a FBA card, which says Debit (Mastercard) on it, and he said they don’t accept it. I have used it at Rite Aid before and never had a problem.

Being in this store can be frustrating. The store always looks like it was just robbed. There’s always empty shelves and looks like there’s never any products in the store. The location is great but just sucks that they are never fully stocked with items. The managers can also sometimes have an attitude which is annoying. Also, they need to fix up the parking lot.

Terrible store and customer service. Cashier refused to sell me beer and wouldn’t call the manager to double check my ID, which the manager accepts. Cashier flat out refused sale. No wonder this place is going out of business. I won’t shop here again.

If you’re looking for anything deodorant or basic stuff you’d expect in a rite aide go somewhere else the aisles are pretty much empty. Literally nothing. DONT waste a trip.

This store is on the verge of collapse and will shut down. The shelves are empty. Customer service is non existent. This store will close just like all the other rite aid stores. I no longer have to deal with lame workers that do a half job and have attitude.
Walgreens is better.

This store is absolutely horrible, no management skills, long lines at pharmacy, they have no clue how to handle the traffic at this store. The shelves are bare. Yet when you ask if the store is closing they say no ?. This pharmacy is not a good store
