Never provide update when they get medicine from doctor on time, if you wants to call them for the medicine update it took whole day to get them.

My wife and I like this Pharmacy they always have the medicine in stock. It's never come back in a week it's always in stock. The phone system has a lot to be desired. It's impossible to call them on the landline. Telephone. It's a very long line at Pharmacy but if you go after 7 o'clock at night, it's no problem the pharmacy has great hours Till midnight but remember lunchtime is closed 130 to 2. I could understand why. They have free parking, but they need to repave the parking lot. There are giant potholes. If you're elderly, you could easily take a fall. The professionalism of the pharmacist makes up for most of the problems.

This Rite Aid provides the BEST customer service, especially in the Pharmacy Department. Wendy, the Department Manager is so kind, professional and knowledgeable. Her team is exceptional. They all work very hard to fill my prescriptions accurately and expeditiously. They are super busy but they are courteous and answer any questions you might have. They are friendly and care about your well being. I have shopped at this Rite Aid for over 30 years and always have a great experience with this outstanding team and the store associates. Thank you to Lilly, Jaffar, and the entire Pharmacy Staff~please forgive me if I don’t know their names.

Never answers the phone. I don't know why they even have a public phone number to begin with if 100% of the time without miss these chucklefucks can't even pick it up without me spamming calls on multiple phones, and even then it doesn't work. In fact, I'm repeatedly demanding the pharmacy on my phone as we speak for an actual person to pick up. Not to mention the staff for the general store area is very unhelpful, with them saying that they don't have a product in stock without even looking for it. Turns out they had the product on the shelves and it was already opened and damaged. Needs some serious management overhauls

I don't understand why I can never get someone from the pharmacy on the phone. I had to call the 1-800 number and now sit and hope that someone calls me back from the store. Medication is a very big deal to never get a person when u have questions is very frustrating.

Horrible. A pharmacy that doesn't pick up phone calls. When you repeatedly call because they don't answer, they place you on hold so the phone don't ring. No wonder Walgreens is taking over. This will be my last refill at this terrible location. Looking forward to this place going out of business.......

I’m not sure why this place is still in business the worst Rite aid you can go to… there’s always a long line because the manager stands at the register on his phone the employees walk off while there’s a long line it’s horrible in there !!

Entire isles are completely empty and there's only 1 or 2 persons working in the entire store. So sad to see this place get closed down. I spoke with some of the employees and apparently its because of the corrupt higher ups that want to reduce staff and hours to "look good" in front of their bosses and pocket the extra cash before the company goes down under. Best of luck to whoever buys this location out, it's a good spot and very busy so I'm sure they'll make good business, but some dimwits at Rite Aid upper management don't know how to run one. Explains why so many stores closed down due to shoplifting, it was never like that 7+ years ago... I remember there being so much staff and shelves so full you could always find the stuff you needed. But I guess clowns are only good at running a circus.

I tried to get my flu shot and they don’t give me because I didn’t go through to internet. I was preset at the pharmacy to request to make an appointment and the pharmacist said I have to do by phone. It is unbelievable the way they treat people without helping.
