Great Service! - Quick and easy, no BS. Been going here for years with no issues. Some days may be busy due to the shop being a little small but when its not Oil change, inspections, tire patches are in and out! All the mechanics are very honest in what needs to be replaced and does not try to upsell anything you wont need. Don't be fooled by other reviewers who clearly don't understand if they don't like the shops price they are not obligated to get work done on their vehicle there. Compared to a lot of other shops in Fresh Meadows these guys do the best work!

I had a fantastic experience here and I love getting a free car wash on every oil change. They did an excellent job on my oil change, tire replacement, and engine work. The service was efficient, and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend them for any automotive needs.Services: Tires

One of the worst customer service i ever dealt with in my life. The indian guy was getting mad at me because i didnt take the extra services he offered. The price is way to high for a brake pads... I wouldnt recommend this place at all. If i could give you guys a 0 star, i wouldve done that.

TLC drivers should not come here for annual inspection. It will waste your time. They will tell you the waiting time of 1 hour and the inspection takes 30-40 minutes. (4 months new car).Service: Vehicle safety inspection

If you want to pay for a service twice this is your spot, I’ve never felt a good enough reason to put a Google review until today, my car broke down and I towed it to savvy big mistake, so the push to start doesn’t work they fix it and gave me a 12000 mile warranty I was happy About ten days later I had the same issue, originally he claims a sensorIssue at 4pm they call to say what was I doing with the not knowing what was wrong with the car. at 530 they say the car is ready but billed me for 2 hours labor initially he says they will charge me 125 for diagnostic but goes to the repair if you fix it, so whatever I got overcharged 1 hour and I don’t think he changed a sensor, then 10 days later the same issue armed with my warranty I surely be taken care of not at savvy’s cause they are savvy af. They say it’s completely different issue and 425 for starter 150 for labor I said u have to help me with something he says-150 I say whatever cause I need my car, when I get there he said 250 for labor and reduced it to 150He got me, then he threatened to raise it to 750 and not give me my keys my last resort is Google help me reviewer and shame man to give me my money and if there’s ever a class action lawsuit message me cause I know there’s more of us out therePs if he says your tires are worn be careful and go somewhere else every single person that came in had there tire wornPss I’m sorry I can’t give them minus stars god please teach them there lesson cause I am powerless overthem

The person who is on the front is very rude and unprofessional. I think this person should learn how to treat customers first and then do this business. I just asked a few questions to get my tires fixed in a nice way, but he said some insulting words to me and kicked me out. I didn't say anything offensive, just chatted, asked questions and tried to find the best way. If you have to go to fix your car, I recommend going elsewhere. If you don't want to be insulted.

I recently went in for an inspection for my 2006 RAV4 - an old car that has 60,000 miles on it and has been maintained. Because I was treated well by Robert, the original Manager, I also bought my Aunt in for an inspection on her car. Unfortunately, Robert is no longer there, but there is a very unprofessional, ignoramus who has taken his place. Extremely unprofessional, loud and doesn't have what it takes to be a Manager. A definite determent to the shop. I arrived early in the morning at Savvy and my car was inspected, and I was told that I needed back brakes to pass inspection... Then I was also told I needed back tires. So, between the brakes, inspection and tires, I was looking at a $1100 bill, which I was not expecting, and it was said like $1,100 was a drop in the bucket. Of course, it was not his money, so he really didn't care. In the waiting room, I found others who also said that they were expecting for something to be found also. And it was. Out of the four people who were there for an inspection two needed work over $1,000.00. I declined to get the tires and had the brakes done - fortunately my car passed. My aunt's (who is elderly) did not have anything wrong, but instead of giving her a basic oil change with regular oil, he elected to give her an oil change with synthetic oil. As a customer, I was always asked by Robert what kind of oil I wanted, but this new individual is far below Robert's professional standards. So, a regular oil change would have been $50, but because synthetic oil was used, it became a $90 bill - and when I told him he should have asked - he was contrite, and offered her a "free" oil change but then said I had "talked too much", and charged her. What ensued was an argument I, as a customer should have never had. This "animal" was belligerent, and ignorant and continued to yell and berate me - but he received the same treatment - and when I asked to speak to his supervisor - he told me he owned the shop. I retorted that he didn't have the acumen to run a business. I have since found out the owner and will be writing to him to tell him of the treatment both myself and my Aunt received. This would have never happened with Robert, but you get what you pay for. We are conferring with our lawyer - elder abuse is against the law, and being threatened is also. For myself, I will never refer anyone I know to Savvy (and I have referred many people there) and I will never deal with Savvy again myself. I will, however, write on all review platforms of the service I received at that shop, and tell others of my encounter with that imbecile.
