Awful bank. They might as well close at 5pm because they refuse to help customers after 5:30pm. They can never give a replacement card and always tell me to request for one online but I have to wait 10 business days. The whole point of me coming in person is so I don’t have to wait that long.

This bank sucks donkey butt!!! Nothing ever works here!! I've been here 3 times since I've moved into the neighborhood, and atm is always down or not working. Came in for a debit card replacement, and their machine went down the day before, and they didn't call someone to fix it. Dont come here. Save your time and energy.

Very rude tellers, tried to withdraw money and they literally tell me to go use the atm and were very rude about it and I told them I can’t it’s a larger withdrawal and then was very uh and rude with me bc I asked her to do her job. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a bank in my life! This lady needs to be looked at I felt unwanted and like I was an issue for her.

Decent branch. The staff are friendly, I don't go too often other than to use the ATM which always seems to have an issue. Definitely NOT a convenient bank.

Hi I went to the drive through I did my deposit of 300 they took my deposit I wanted 5minutes then she asked for my id then I waited 5 more minutes then she came back and said I only gave 250 when I gave all 20’s be careful they took 50 dollars from me please count your money in front of them!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this branch. The treatment I received was very bad, with poor service and disrespectful questions from the staff. Overall, it's a bad destination that will waste your time.

terrible office. here they will not help you with your questions and will not solve your problems. I turned to them twice for help, but they are not competent in any matters. The first time I asked for help with the application, it did not display my credit card, so neither they themselves nor with the help of the operator could fix this bug. in another office they did everything in 5 minutes. the second time I needed to unblock my credit card, but they did not see the problem and said that everything was fine and my card was working, although I could not pay with it. in another office they called the operators and solved this problem for me and unblocked my card immediately. incompetent employees, close your office and leave only ATMs, which also don’t always work by the way!

This is an overall Review for TD Bank Mgr Nick from my many visits and transactions at the bank . Nick is very proficient and pragmatic in running the bank . Always assists customers especially when there is a high volume of customers and he never looks nervous. He is in assisting mode to his customers. He is a humble person ,even once i entered the bank and asked where is Nick ? and they told me he is shoveling the snow . His decision in hiring his staff Nusrat , Sadia, Vanessa and the entire current staff are all products of him setting the tone of productivity with friendliness. we are lucky to have him as Bank Manager . I therefore recommend this bank specifically this branch because its proven to be friendly ,helpful and it starts from the top down.

I am pleased to provide this positive customer review for TD Bank employee Mrs. Nusrat.
I appreciate her assistance at all times, as she is very knowledgeable at her tasks. She always greets people in a friendly smile and comfortable manner ,including myself even when not directly assisting me. She is completely aware of her surroundings, knows the customers and their transaction tendencies . She knows and anticipates customer requests and very proficient in providing multiple tasks and transactions . She even assists her coworkers especially the newer ones. Its very nice to see and makes going to the bank a friendly experience for both customers and I think coworkers .
She promotes the banks products such as credit cards and I will sign up for a few of them as time permits.
She really projects TD Bank in a bright light making it fun, friendly and productive experience that makes customers look forward to going to the bank especially this customer.

Came to the bank to get a document notarized that literally would've taken max 10 minutes and waited 1 hr and 20 minutes for 1 of 2 people who could notarize...honestly something this fast should've taken preference over the 1hr plus Long transactions even if the person was here before me...totally not considerate at all...every time I come to this branch there is a wait to get the simplest thing done
