Came to the bank to get a document notarized that literally would've taken max 10 minutes and waited 1 hr and 20 minutes for 1 of 2 people who could notarize...honestly something this fast should've taken preference over the 1hr plus Long transactions even if the person was here before me...totally not considerate at all...every time I come to this branch there is a wait to get the simplest thing done

Everytime I go to this location the ATM is down and not just one, all of them smh, total inconvenience and the customer service is terrible. Better off going somewhere else.

Experience is totally bad, they have an Indian or Bangladeshi employee ,works on Friday morning , she is very rude, her behavior is not professional.

I had a wonderful experience with the help of Priyanka and her manager my apologies for not remembering her name. However I came in too late (closing time) to open a business account which I needed to open right away- it wasnt do-able that evening however they still helped me gather all my paperwork so it would be a smooth process for me to come back tomorrow. Priyanka called me during the next day with her questions and all I needed to do was come in and sign my papers. Within 24 hours they made the impossible- possible and I had my business account going even though I was busy with work. They were patient with me, and very professional and the manager who initiated the first meeting was very kind to me, and actually seemed like she genuinely cared to help me. Thanks so much to this team st TD on Union Tpke.

An hour wait to get customer service to print out a debit card.Something that can be done in 10 minutes at the desk, which had 4 tellers at the time and only 2 other customers on line.Waste of time. Very annoying.

Manager states your card is denied ( states she can't provide the denied receipt) and makes you go to the machine to pay the fee to retrieve money... which miraculously says card is fine! Manager is rude and unprofessional...and with these tactics most probably unethical! Why bank at TD?

Attitude people work at the cashier counter. Bad customer service, they don't even speak proper english.
