My appointment and 3 previous interactions with two managers at this branch all began with negative energy from both employees, as if they had bad days every time and my concerns were never addressed. I had to go to another branch to get my banking done. Why keep employees like that? Never going to this branch for interactions with management again. They just find excuses not to do any work.

Td bank on 164 st be careful the girl took my deposit made me wait 5 minutes then asked me for I’d waited again then said I didn’t have the right amount I gave all 20’s she said I was 50 short how can I be 50 short when I gave all 20’s be careful they took my 50

Unprofessional. I went here the get my documents notarized and this woman took one look at me & my mother and said they don't notarize for people who aren't customers when she CLEARLY didn't ask me. I don't know if she was racially discriminating us but it was a very judgmental atmosphere. She started talking and laughing with the staff around her a second later and did not care at all.

The middle eastern guy ( I believe he's the manager ) is so rude and belittling especially if you look like you don’t have money. I moved to Bayside recently, and they are much more nicer there, but because of him, I’m honestly rethinking of ending my businesses with TD

I had a problem with my account and Patrick Leung was able to resolve it. He was a pleasure to work with and appreciate his follow-through. As a new customer in the last few months, TD bank has exceeded my expectations and I wish that I left my previous bank earlier.

Mother went in to take our 20k cash. We were told no- we could not access that amount. They would only give us 5k.They were disgusting. End of story. Racist. Unprofessional. Rude.We are people of good means- we are removing all our money and accounts from here due to such disgusting service. AVOID AT ALL COST
