My battery and alternator went down in front of my house and Tito (the mechanic) came to my house and attached his own booster to my dead battery to allow me to follow him back to the shop, where he did an Outstanding job on replacing my dead battery and alternator in a timely manner and got me back on the road. “I couldn’t find out what exactly was wrong with my car as it wouldn’t go past 1st gear. I tried so many different options and was praying I wasn’t going to have to get a whole new transmission. I called 3 different shops and they told me I would most likely have to get a new one. I finally called Advanced Transmission and spoke to Tim. I described to him what my issue was and he automatically told me the code and what exactly was wrong. Turns out I needed a new conductor plate. Once I got there they ordered the part and received it within 1.5 hours and got the job done within 4 hours. As I waited I spoke with Artie and he was very informative on transmissions. Felt like my car again once I left with it the same day. They really saved me from a ton of money. If you ever need transmission work, this is the place to go to!”
