My package never got sent from this box (stolen I guess) and now I owe T-Mobile $1000 for a phone I returned. And of course UPS won't even check the box to see if maybe it's still in there from May. Thanks for the great customer service.

My package was never picked up. Most likely it was stolen since UPS can find anything on it.

Be very careful when using this location drop box. Unfortunately, you may need to call the location to make sure your package actually got picked up. I dropped a package at this location, and it was never picked up, never delivered, so Im assuming it was stolen out of the drop box. I wont be using this box ever again.
