Pretty much overall rude service. You will wait on line for a long time and when its your turn, they will tell you their machine is not working to take Happy Returns or Amazon Returns. This happens often. They could just put a sign up or make an announcement so people don't waste their time. The majority of customers that come there are there for those return purposes.

No wonder why their rating is tooo low. If you want to save your money, a friendly service, and a perfect service then this is a rubbish place to go for. I learnt my lesson and humly warning you to be careful with these guys

Horrible customer service chubby Asian guy had a really bad attitude and didn’t wanna give me any type of receipt or tracking for my returns/drop offs. When I asked him why he ignored me so then I asked if I can atleast take a picture of my items with the labels he slammed my packages on the table with an attitude.NEVER using this UPS STORE again.

Terrible, I sent a package overnight, paid 80 dollars. The package was bought in on 6/23/25 at 9:07 am. I checked the UPS website the next day and they never received it. 6/24/25 l went to the store and was told the UPS received it. Amazingly the package showed up on the UPS website at 7 pm on 6/24 . That's when the UPS truck picks up the packages. They straight out lied when I asked them if the package was in the store. I called UPS directly and they said that they never received it. I won't be doing business with them anymore.

Rude employees when shipping packages. Barely speak to you, mumble something and then shout when you ask for clarification.

Efficiency and professionalism! My favorite place to ship from. Boxes or mail, or notary services, they help with anything. Warning, this is a BUSY location, if you are in a rush, that’s on you.
