Everyone is friendly in this store. They are trying their best. I had frustrated with Amazon' barcode before too but it wasn't their fault. If you show the barcode from email that Amazon sent, it will work. Plus it's so convenient for our neighborhood. If so many come from far, it tells the service they have gotten. Some just took it for granted.

Did a Amazon return & everything worked out fine. No receipt was needed from UPS for Amazon to issue my refund.

My experiences at this particular UPS location have always been excellent and today was the best ever with Mr. Neima Gerami known to all as Nemo. He was excellent and helped me do everything I needed with notarizing a large amount of documents, scanning, printing and sending. He spent a significant amount of time with me while attending multitudes of customers coming into that location. They work amazingly fast as you can see the huge amounts of boxes stacked up to the ceiling and outside of the store that location receives, so definitely I give it a full FIVE STAR review and kudos to Nemo, his boss and staff over there.

They never open on time. It says they open at 9am but the locked gate is still down at 9:30am. This has happened on more than 1 occasion where I tried to go here after it says they’re open but for whatever reason the gate is closed.

I have been coming to this UPS Store for years and never had a problem. I always received courteous service, respectful attention and never had a problem.

Never go there again! Handed agent my cell phone for address, and the address was copy incorrectly. The package was delivered and not being handed over to its rightful owner..when i called to verify and found out the address was wrong the answer I received was …”Oh.” No apologies… no, this is what we’ll do…NOPE!! “Oh.” NEVER AGAIN!!

I dropped off my Amazon return here a month ago, didn't get any updates, and now Amazon has recharged me for missing the item. Then I read the review and realized that it's just gone from this store. Avoid this place for Amazon returns. Also the workers' attitude in this place is really bad. No one looks at you when they talk, and the lady just gossips in front of your face like I wasn't even there. You also have to ask for the receipt, unlike other places. Somehow, every other ups store that i go to just automatically gives you a receipt. Here, they just don't want to give them to you until you ask. Makes you wonder why there are many lost packages here....I will drive 10 more minutes just to go to another UPS store from now on.

Absolutely atrocious behavior from the individuals who run this store. John (blue shirt, possibly the manager) and Kathy treat customers so disrespectfully. I walk in with an Amazon return and Kathy helped me with my order but the barcode wasn’t working. I contact amazon, and they tell me I need to get a letter from the store directly saying they are refusing service since the barcode didn’t work. I know this is a stupid request, but I just needed to have the letter for Amazon to get my money back. I walk back in to tell John this, and he meets me with “what do you want now”. I ask him to scan it again just to make sure it’s not working and he refuses until I insist. He screams at me that it isn’t working like he said, so I ask him for the letter. He says he won’t do that, so I need to leave. Understandably, I get upset and ask him to just do his job and help me. He curses at me and says I’m crazy. Kathy decides to get involved cursing at me as well and calling me “a disgusting young lady”. I did report this to UPS, and I will be escalating this further. I have seen them treat people like this in the past, but I always figured the customers were just being irrational. Now I know they do this regardless of how respectful you are. It is disgusting how they speak to people, as if it’s not literally their job to handle these sort of mailing issues.

The old lady that everyone’s complaining about wasn’t there, but the workers were swift and polite. I had 3 big packages (one of which was 50 pounds) and they took care of it without a problem

Why is it so difficult for this store to provide receipts for a drop off ? It’s always met with attitude from the staff, I want the peace of mind of having a receipt in case they said the item was never shipped surely it’s not that inconvenient to print out a piece of paper ?

Horrible Asian lady with attitude. I was making amazon return for 6 items and one of the items needs its own packaging. She scanned all of the item. I told her I have a bag on my car and was going to go get it. When I came back with the bag and asked for my receipt she begins to tell me I can just take pictures of the items with the labels on the packaging. I asked her why she won’t just give me the receipt and she says because she cancelled the transaction and that taking picture is better because it has the tracking with an attitude. Then she forgets the total amount of items I have. I have to count them myself to find I’m one item short. When I told her I was one item short, I was met again with attitude. If according to her taking a picture is better and I trusted her, then I would have been one item short. If the return process has a problem with that one missing item, is she going to help me prove I sent it?Unbelievable! She’s in the wrong and yet she has the audacity to give her customer an attitude?! She knew I was coming back so why didn’t she just print out the freakin receipt. I only came to this location bc I was in the area. Never again!
