Went there for money order but was turned away bc apparently only one worker knows how to do it. Waste of my time. No wonder this post office is dead!

This post office never seems to fail and it’s always the same miserable person working. Chui hates her job so much that she takes it out on the people that walk in. Every time I need to ship something and come here she refuses to scan them saying she doesn’t take multiple orders. After telling her that all shipping is paid for it just need to be scanned tracking she proceeds to post it and starts cursing at me telling me to leave. A miserable human being with 0 customer service. When I asked to speak to supervisor she said this office has no managers or supervisors.

If I can put 0 I would the worse Representative Male old Asian guy, always have issue with us mailing and most of our package he just have to scan it because there’s already label., he doesn’t want to do much. With customers..

I’m writing to report an unpleasant experience at your postal office. The staff member I interacted with was an asian male 2nd window towards the end who wore glasses. He was very rude and unprofessional and unhelpful. When I approached the window he was on his phone and I had to put the package into window slot which he needs to open. He was to busy on his phone and didn't even pay attention to me. Then I asked him questions about the label and he was still looking down on his phone. I asked his to please pay attention to me the customer and then he started being rude when he had to get off his phone. I asked to speak to the supervisor and he replied with they aren't here. This leaves me baffled because its 10am. This behavior was unprofessional, unacceptable and disappointing.
I hope this issue is addressed for better service in the future. All the reviews on this usps are mostly one stars and still the service sucks and nothing is being done to fix these issues. I will be contacting the inspector general as well.

I don’t usually write reviews at all but I have to. I went in today and an Asian lady not sure her name but she had short hair. She was One of the most disrespectful and rude person I’ve ever ran into!! She did not want to deal with me from the moment I walked in. All I asked if she can check if my package is there because they sent me there and she yelled and spoke super rude to me. Wasn’t even making eye contact with me she was just like wanting me out right away. I’ve never been this upset. The way she treated me was awful ! I will never come back here again.

Staff was friendly, kind, and helpful. It is a little small, but the staff is efficient.
