The customer service here is non existent! Had a horrible experience here the last time I came to drop off a package. The older Asian woman at the front was very nasty and condescending. We got into a disagreement after I dropped my package off and she refused to give me back my package after going back and forth with her for at least 10 minutes. I eventually called the police and she called a male manager who then showed up 20 minutes later to rectify the situation, but he was just as nasty and unprofessional as she was.
I will never go back to this location! It is a nightmare!

I went at 4:45pm and the doors were locked :( two days later I go at 4:20pm and the doors locked again

the worst office, supposedly they close at 5 but today I went to that office at 4:22 and the new young black girl closed the door in our face saying that she needed a break and that she could not serve us anymore, that it was not her problem if we wanted to wait, just that she had to close and that's it, I don't understand why they hire people with no desire to work, there are many people who would do that job with dedication, how bad that those offices do not give the opportunity to people who really deserve a job, they simply give work to unpleasant people like that woman who was in customer service today.

Worst location! Terrible customer service! It’s 9:32am and they are still closed! They should be opened by 9:00am. God forbid you complain about it.

If only I could give ZERO!!!
She (the representative) is standing with a client for 30 minutes on the line for 2 certify letters while 4 different representative roaming around yawning and watching a line of at least an hour pilling up and doing NO-THING!
None of them would ever think to open another window!
These are worthless, lazy, free loaders workers, OUT OF WORDS!

SENT A PRIORITY MAIL ON 01/19 20204, paid $9.65 , it's the 4th day today and lost tract when the delivery will be , it has already arrived at the right distribution center which is FORT WAYNE, IN yesterday, how come today this letter is at WARSAW , INDIANA .which is an hour drive from FORT WAYNE .

Unsanitary (I have seen bugs before, it’s generally dirty, disorganized) and very rude and careless staff that aren't willing to help things move along faster. They have to do a better job at lending a hand, monitoring the line, and doing a quicker job overall.
