This has got to be one of the best businesses in Chautauqua County. I can not say enough good about the professional courteous way I have always been treated by Greg and his amazing staff. I have bought appliances from Greg since 1990 and would never go any other place. I have recommended Mackie Appliance to numerous friends and family all of whom have been very pleased with the sales and service. Response for service when issues arise is very quick. No hesitation here to recommend very highly. You won't be disappointed.

Went to this appliance store twice over couple days to obtain parts for dyer repair. Only repair shop I could find in Warren area that would take phone calls during business hours and offer personal knowledge of what I needed to complete emergency repair to gas dryer. Will always remember their immediate help, supplies on hand and expertise. Please support this business.

Went in today with my daughter to buy or order a new washer and dryer , started off with us walking in with me smiling but didn’t get one in return and they seemed bothered that I wanted to order a washer and dryer so we left I went home and I ordered online from ABT store based In Illinois they had no problem placing our order it’s a shame I can’t support local businesses but they make you feel so unwelcome that you choose a different state sorry I came in I won’t bother you anymore

Very unwelcoming atmosphere, did not bother purchasing as they seemed not to care about a sale was very negative about ordering a washer and dryer so I went home and ordered online with no issues , hard to support local businesses when they don't seem interested in a sale I will not bother again

I never felt more unwelcomed in my whole life as I did walking into here , you would think they would want a sale but they seemed more annoyed that I wanted to buy a washer and dryer i Was told to buy local lol what a joke I ended up buying online from a store in Illinois they were happy to take my 2000 Dollars

Never had an issue until recently. I called to get an appointment to get our washer ( that we purchased from them just a couple years ago) looked at- no interest in making an appointment. I was told “ If I know someone handy to have them take a look” over a month later - my husband called and left message- no call back. Will no longer be using them for any appliance needs.
