“FSB is by far in my opinion the best bank to have an account with if you live in the CNY area. The workers were always awesome and friendly, I've been with FSB, since 2019. I unfortunately had to part ways with FSB because I moved out of state. I'm really going to miss having a bank account with FSB. I definitely recommend if you live in the CNY area!”

“Talk about friendly and personal. Opening an account was no struggle at all. I felt welcomed and important. I love that this is a local bank and you can tell they are for the people. I dealt with Tyran today and she was a pleasure. Her customer service skills were impeccable and I left there happy with a new account and a personalized debit card on the spot and a giant smile in my face. She took the time to listen to my babbling and didn't even seem like it was bothering her. World class experience. I need it was gonna be good cause when I walked in the clerks behind the desk smiled and was very polite I wish I got their names as well to mention them personally. Keep up the good work. “I really don't have anything to complain about with empower, I haven't had a single issue with them other than them flagging my own purchases once and awhile, when I purchased a $300 cold air intake for my car they paused my account and denied the transaction, a quick text and I made my purchase fine. I also took a loan out for a motorcycle with a rather low interest rate through them, no issues with them so far.”
