I was a loyal customer until Kelly the manager wrote up and employee for doing her job and provinding customer service to me. I have since switched to Verizon. I’d come back but I need to speak to the owner and she refuses to let me. Unfortunately she needs to learn how to be a manager and offer customer service like Stephanie did

Been to a few crickets and I can confidently say this was the best experience. We were lucky Scott was working. He was helpful, informative but not at all pushy. We left feeling we received a fair deal and look forward to working with him again!
