Always a good experience. Mike and his team are knowledgeable and efficient in their work. Everyone is friendly and in constant communication about what is going on with your car and there are never any surprises. From photos or video of work recommended to a simple thing like rotating your tires. Stand by their work. Best shop in Fulton!

Detor people are courteous and do everything they can to accomodate my needs. They also provide their work at prices that beat the competition.
Most importantly I know I can trust them with my car and that is why I drive from Liverpool when my car needs service.

I went to Detor for the first time this past week. I needed an inspection and had a click whenever I turned right. They took care of the inspection and identified the clicking as the CV joint (?) and asked when I could come in again to get that taken care of, as they were very busy that day
I let them know that i have to take a whole day off work to get work done on my car, costing a couple hundred dollars on top of the cost of whatever I'm having done, so I was really hoping to get it taken care of today. The very nice woman I was speaking with said she'd see what she could do. She called me back in just a few minutes and let me know they were able to squeeze it in as the parts were available and close
As I said, that saved me a few hundred dollars, and I'm happy with the work so far. I plan on bringing donuts next time I have work done. I liked the system to send me photos of everything they were looking at and everyone was very pleasant. I don't necessarily look at it as a negative because it's a good sign of business and customer satisfaction, but the only criticism I have at all is that they're busy so you have to schedule things out a little further than you might expect

I was looking for a new mechanic for my ac and a friend gave me their name. Very easy to set up an appointment. I dropped off my SUV the evening before my appointment, the following morning I received a text with a link to see the progress on my vehicle. They later sent me a link with a pic of who was working on my vehicle and his supervisor. There was a very detailed report of what they had found with my vehicle which included pics of how they tested and what they found!! Super impressive!!!! I called to check on price and they were very professional. When I picked up my vehicle the supervisor introduced himself and showed the pics on his computer explaining to me what they did. My suv was due for an inspection within 2 weeks so they asked if I would like to have that done with NO pressure!!
Very reasonable priced and extremely professional!! I highly recommend this garage for any vehicle work you needed done! They didn’t do anything that didn’t need to be done and checked with me before fixing my vehicle with the prices!

I absolutely love this place and trust no one else with my cars. But I definitely hate paying for repairs(my fault the car needs them) the staff is friendly and try their best to get everything done in a very reasonable amount of time

The garage set me up with reports via text message and the mechanic was polite, professional, and knowledgeable when I called with questions. Pricing was fair and my car drives like new.
