Failmezger automotive is an amazing shop, they've serviced my vehicles in the past, serviced my parents cars in the past, as with my grandparents. I grew up knowing this shop as the dependable place to go and plan to continue using them. They are honest, They do genuine work, fair pricing and are responsive with calls and scheduling. Took my car here after several very unreasonable diagnostic price quotes from other auto repair shops, and Failmezger diagnosed my problem within minutes and didn’t charge a diagnostic fee since I got it repaired there. They are a very accommodating family business, as I was in a time crunch due to traveling and they squeezed me into the schedule and allowed me to wait with my car while being fixed. I was in and out within an hour for something that other repair shops told me could take an entire day (and a lot of money) just to diagnose. Great people running a great business! I highly recommend them to everyone I know!
