Call and goes to voicemail. When someone does answer they are always busy and tell you that they will call you back, but never call you back.

Go elsewhere, trying to contact anyone to pay bills or having it actually taken out in a timely manner is like pulling teeth.

Storage is nice however trying to reach somebody via phone or even stopping by to pay to your bill is next to impossible. I called specifically to see what their hours were. They stated their hours are 10-2. I show up at 1:20...nobody there. I call...goes to voice mail. Nice storage...customer service? Not so much.
