Update: I just bought another jeep, this time it was an EcoDiesel Gladiator to go with my 392 Rubicon, my 2016 Hardrock Rubicon and my 2012 JK Rubicon.Tom you messed up! Jokes on you BOZO. Who’s the cheap POS now… oh yeah, it’s YOU TOM ?Tom the Owner of Par-K is beyond rude and disrespectful, he has no right to call anyone cheap. He will hang up on you and even threaten you if you don’t bend over and pay whatever allocation fees he is asking.This isn’t how you treat people, first time customers or a disabled combat veteran who is also the owner and founder of the VeteranSuicideAwarenessJeep Cause. Tom, go get a grip on yourself, you need professional counseling.We do not approve Par K Jeep, Tom the owner or his narcissistic actions or behavior. If you’re looking for a Jeep, make the drive to Alex Bay Dodge and Jeep. Otherwise you have w been warned.FYI - and Civilians wonder why there’s 22 veterans every day who would rather take their own life. Learn how to talk to customers Tom, and take a business ethics course. You could have had a lifelong customer, but instead you created an enemy.

Recently I took my 2019 ram because it has problem with the axles and the guy on service discriminated me because after they checked my truck the guy in service came with a paper telling me what was the problem when I told him from the beginning what was the problem I knew it because a mechanic checked my truck before I took it there and told me what was the problem so he came to me to tell me what was the problem and how much it was going to cost about $5,000 and I told him oh yes I have warranty on the truck his face change totally when I mentioned that I have a warranty and he said let see what happens what kind of warranty do you have so I went back to my truck and pull the paperwork out from the warranty and brought it to him immediately he said no we don't take tha without any explanations he rejected to take my truck warranty and told me that they can'twork on my truck because of my warranty and besides that he charged me $130 for telling me what I already knew

Typically, nobody loves the process of buying a new vehicle, I've only purchased from other larger dealerships in the past, and the process has taken days and been super stressful. I had a completely different experience at Par-K. I came in for a test drive and was left with my new Jeep very shortly after with plenty of my day off left to spare. Judy was excellent to work with. She was beyond helpful, knowledgeable, and actually made the process enjoyable. The entire staff was awesome. Joel in accounting, John in the body shop, the guys who detailed my new vehicle, everyone. I can't say enough good things about this place. This will be the only place I purchase a vehicle from. Thank you, Miss Judy!!

I'd give 0 stars but that's not an option I remember having my aunts car towed here at night time, when i broke down. In the morning I went back to grab some money I had left in the glove box from when i had run errands prior to my car breaking down and i had put it in the owners manual and forgotten about it. When I stopped back to grab it out of the manual all of the money even the change was gone. I confronted the repair team. I questioned who worked on the vehicle they told me it was a relative of the owner and refused to provide me with names of those who worked on my vehicle. I got my vehicle out of there and never went back. Out right dishonest theives.I do want to say this was a few years ago. But I doubt anything has changed judging by others reviews that I've read on here.

I was charged 4.5 hours of labor even though I was only at the shop for 2.5 hours. When I got home I checked the bill and saw this so I called and Mathew told me “that’s what all the shops do now” and hung up on me. I called back and asked for the general manager, a woman answered and said he was busy and took my name and number telling me he would call me when he was done. That was three days ago and never received a call back. Plenty of other Jeep dealerships around, Never going there again.

Leased a jeep from here last year and heard some rubbing on the drivers side. They got me in and out in less than an hour basically lol. Very friendly staff. Best car experience ive ever had

I highly recommend calling Matt for your next purchase! He is professional, customer service is outstanding! We came in 930am, got our Jeep at 4pm. He gave us such confidence about our purchase! Getting back into a jeep after 6 years. We felt no pressure at all to buy. My husband and I both felt this has been the easiest purchase of a vehicle. Thank you so much! We LOVE our purchase!
