“UPS driver had attempted to deliver a very important parcel but was unable, it required a signature. I called the Syracuse office and ask if there was anything that could be done, and I was assisted, on a Friday afternoon, with professionalism and sincerity. The driver was fantastic and redelivered my package!!. He did it with a huge smile!!! I wish I knew their names!!! Oh and it was the end of the day, Friday, Memorial Day Weekend!!”
“FedEx pickup/drop-off only. Have your package boxed and label printed beforehand. Just bring it inside Walgreens and they’ll scan it at the counter. There’s a weight limit. They sell envelopes and tape, but Walmart is cheaper. Working as of 09/21/2026. Quick and easy.”

“Dropped off a FedEx package with call tag. Preprint your shipping labels at home and drop them at counter at no charge. They have a counter to ship UPS and FedEx. They get picked up daily.
It is also a very nice gift shop. I was shocked to to see how is the store is once you walk in . The staff is is very friendly.”
