Bought a new cub cadet mower from a fantastic employee David. He was more than helpful in my first experience with a riding mower. He built it from the crate the same day he sold it to me. Real professional. I get it home and notice some rust on the flywheel (pictures attached) from what I understand it’s no big deal but when you spend 2500$ on a mower that’s from the crate and you put it in your garage first day I don’t think you’d expect rust. I’m sure I’m just overacting but when I gave them my hard earned money I wasn’t expecting a machine with rust in return. Went in and spoke with Tony the store manager. And he offered me a 20$ gift card AFTER I called cub cadet to make sure it wasn’t a common issue. I guess I just wanted to voice my humble opinion of my experience at Fulton New York tractor supply. Know what you’re looking at, try to deal with David and avoid Tony. The guys a real unique individual. 20$ giftcard on a 2500$ mower? Seems like a slap in the face to me. I’d give it a 5 star review if it was strictly my interaction with David, but Tony ruined it. Wish I would have looked elsewhere

Pleasantly greeted by a cashier as I walked through the door. As a manager at a big box retailer I was very amazed at how nice she was. Good job. Great prices.
